Swimming Pool showers & Toilets are newly renovated and as the pool is non-commercial being exclusively for Residents & Guests.
It is normally peaceful and tranquil most times and is located right on the Gulf of Mexico at the end of a long water channel on the other side to our home on Dewey Drive.
There is a local beach called Green Key Beach which is a short drive from our home at the end of
Green Key road which you can view on the Internet. Covered Picnic facilities, nice Toilets and an
Elevated Sunset viewing platform looking out to the Gulf of Mexico
Our home has large Cathedral ceilings featuring in built sparkle which catches your eye as you sit and relax on our seven piece Italian leather furniture.
The central lounge leads out onto our large sundeck via two patio doors at the side of the fireplace and the deck gets the Sun all day as it moves around our home to often finish with a beautiful Sunset over our inclusive Private Beach.
Residents Pool access is only one third of a mile away and is right on the Gulf water channel out into the Gulf of Mexico and having walked the route I can tell you it is about 900 steps
This is an ideal spot to sit and relax in a nice area with showers and toilets and lots of sun loungers for all with access by electronic key fob which we provide
A non-commercial facility for use by Residents and their Guests which is rarely busy and we find is particularly nice in the afternoons for a restful time before preparing dinner or going out to a local restaurant.
Also features nice newly upgraded private tennis courts located beside where you enter with the special electronic key fob which we provide as mentioned above.
Gulf Harbors Woodlands is a very nice Deed Restricted community with high standards, nice roads and lovely people who will make you welcome.
It is a cul-de-sac 369 home location so through traffic is at a minimum for this reason with the added benefit of random patrols by the local Sheriff to which deters any bad guys ?
Green Key Beach as mentioned above is only a short drive away and as well as having a Sunset viewing platform, features a nature reserve with elevated boardwalk access.
Toilets, showers, nice small beach and a playground area for children in addition to covered and open picnic tables.
Peaceful and quiet and looking out over many angles this is an ideal spot to watch the often glorious sunsets or just site and read at the picnic tables

at the Marina behind the Magnuson Hotel and visit uninhabited
