ParkHopper Properties is owned by Carolyn and Charles Hudson of Birmingham, AL. We are the parents of 5 adult children, and we now have 16 of grandchildren. :o) We cherish the memories we made on family trips to the Orlando area when our children were small. Now that they have their own families, they enjoy bringing their children to the same theme parks they enjoyed as children. Two of our daughters worked as musical performers in Magic Kingdom at Disney both in California and Florida, so even after our children were grown, we made many trips to Disney to see their shows. We have stayed in most of the Disney properties and some private rental properties over the years. Once we 'discovered' Windsor Hills, we never stayed anywhere else! It simply could not be beat for facilities and convenience. In 2012 we decided to buy our first condo in Windsor Hills because we wanted to have a place available to bring our grandchildren. Because our family kept expanding with new grandchildren, we found we needed more room, so we purchased an additional units that suited our location requirements as they became available. With owning multiple units and managing them ourselves, we found that refurbishing the units offered a creative outlet and managing them was somewhat like a part-time job. Now that we are retired (medical and teaching), we decided that managing additional units would be a suitable job for two retirees. ParkHopper Properties now owns and manages a total of 7 condos in Windsor Hills. Five of them are in the building adjacent to the pool, and two are diagonally across the street from the pool building. Having all of the properties close together gives us the flexibility of having properties suitable for larger groups.

I made a 20 hour round trip from Birmingham to Orlando and back to see this property the day after it was listed for sale. The minute I saw it, I knew I wanted to refurbish this property and make it our next "Parkhopper Property". We try to specialize in creating unique children's room that will hopefully make each child's trip a little more special than staying in a "regular" room. Our goal is to create a room to come home to that is in some small way as inviting and as magical as the things the children are seeing and doing each day on their vacation. This property not only gave me a blank slate for creating something special, but the fact that the fireworks are visible added an extra element of excitement and magic to the whole process.

What makes this Condo unique

Parkhopper Fireworks has a unique and amazing location. First of all, it is a 4th floor property that is in the building closest to the pool and clubhouse. Additionally it features fantastic views three Disney fireworks shows each evening. These can all be plainly seen from the balcony and the windows in both the master bedroom and the Princess Room. Seeing the fireworks each evening is VERY exciting for our "little people" and for us "big people". We hope that you family will enjoy seeing them, too!
