About Vacasa, FL - Emerald Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great for us

We loved the location and marina because we brought our boat with us. During our stay, the bridge was under construction (which cant be avoided) so parking was difficult. The bar next door has a nice crowd, but you can hear the base through the wall at night. We would stay again

I was very disappointed in this studio. First the WiFi info that was given to us did not work. I contacted Brittany she did not answer. I left s voicemail. I decided to try again 3 hours later. She answered and said that she would contact at&t. I also tried the router which was in the room and that did not work. She text me to tell me that she had contacted at&t. I informed her that it still was not working. She did not follow up. I was aware of the bar being next door but what I was unaware of was the band playing until 1 in the morning along with dump truck picking up trash at 3 A.M. we woke up numerous mornings to glasses left on our patio. When we arrived the bathroom light did not work. So we had to go out and purchase a light bulb. The lights by the deck also did not work. The dish washer was still running when we arrived. The comforter had stains on it and same with the sheets. There is absolutely no support to the mattress at all. The couch even had stains on it. We were very disappointed. There is something wrong with the plumbing. There is absolutely no water pressure for the bathroom sink. When I was taking a shower the toilet started bubbling. This happened several times. I used the toilet and it backed up into the shower. Thankfully I had only urinated. I would have contacted brittney. Seeing how she never followed up with the WiFi. I figured she wouldn’t follow up with any of this. When you are on vacation the last thing you want to deal with is sewer issues. I would also inform people to bring there own towels because 3 are not enough for 6 days. Especially since the nearest laundry mat is 3 miles away.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry the property manager forgot to follow-up with this guest regarding the internet. She has since inspected the WiFi and had success connecting multiple devices. The lights for the deck are working at this time, and as the plumbing problems is very intermittent we will just keep an eye on it for now. Thank you!

Great views but what they don’t tell you is that this condo shares walls with a flower shop as well as a bar. There is no privacy as bar patrons make there way over and help themselves to the space that is supposed to be reserved. There is no stove for cooking and no place to eat inside if inclement weathers happens. Floors were dirty and there are cats everywhere so it smells like cat pee and just feels dirty

Owner's Response: We have updated the information in our listing so the location is not a surprise. We have also followed-up with housekeeping. Thank you!

Beautiful location, A/C doesn’t blow cool air.

Loved the location and the room was beautiful. I tried to reach out to vacasa and the property manager regarding the A/C multiple times and my issue was never addressed.
