Had a great stay here, all was as viewed and planned. Quiet area with nice access to shopping. Owner was very prompt in responses and super kind. I would stay here again. We were in the seasons where fall hit but not cold yet and not warm so we did not use either heat or air conditioning. The decor was nice and friendly and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was nice. Location in Aurora is about 25 minutes from DIA and accessible to other points of interest. Sweet little place!
The inside was exactly as pictured but the parking lot and surrounding area was a bit sketchy. My biggest issue inside was there was no A/C in the bedroom and it was very hot at night. When you opened the sliding glass door there was a lot of noise. On the morning we left three police cars were in the parking lot with someone being arrested. Not knowing the different areas in Denver, I would do more research next time.
Target, restaurants, movie theater, and shopping are all just around the corner. Light Rail station is a mere block away and bus service is right outside the complex.

Smoking is allowed ONLY on the balcony off of the master bedroom with the sliding door COMPLETELY closed. Any odor of any kind of smoke inside of the condo will result in a complete loss of your ENTIRE deposit.
