This 1906 Cabin has been fully renovated and has unique history as one of several homes moved over from the Bearcreek Mining Town to Red Lodge in the 1930’s. Our charming hideaway is walking distance from the heart of historic downtown Red Lodge where you can enjoy a variety of shopping, dining, and bars or take in a movie or bowling.
For the winter lover there’s plenty of sledding, cross country skiing, and ice skating right in town and a short 20 minute drive from one of our nation’s most popular ski hills, Red Lodge Mountain Ski Resort.
Summer time ...Just a block from the city pool and a short drive from Red Lodge Mountain 18 hole Golf Course nestled beneath the stunning Beartooth Mountains.
Many people visit our great state for the outdoors, venture to the nearby Beartooth wilderness to fill your day with hiking and spin or fly fishing. You can even enjoy the surroundings from the comfort of your vehicle with a drive up the famous Beartooth Scenic Highway. Keep your eyes peeled for the local wildlife like bears, deer, antelope, moose, and mountain goats! This 69 mile drive is full of switchbacks overlooking snow-capped peaks, glaciers, alpine lakes, and plateaus.
This gorgeous drive can take you right to Yellowstone National Park where you can spend the day experiencing the world’s first national park. Marvel at a volcano’s hidden power rising up in colorful hot springs, mudpots, and geysers. Sightsee mountains, forests, and lakes to watch wildlife and witness the drama of the natural world unfold. Red Lodge also offers the Nature Center at the Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary where visitors can view native Montana wildlife who take refuge at the sanctuary because they are unable to return to the wild.
For history fans you may want to check out the Carbon county Museum, filled with the spirit of Montana’s pioneer heritage and has a variety of exhibits showcasing our unique past.
