The apartment SAN NICCOLO' is situated on the ground-floor of an antique aristocratic building, the Pecori-Giraldi Palace, that dates back to the 16th century.

The Bardini garden offers a luxurious view for both art and botanical lovers. The Arno riverside is just two small blocks away. Main museums (Uffizi and Pitti) are at walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and bars are nearby, although the street is quiet. An American art school of high standards oil painting is right across the street. The area is safe and relaxing.
