About Vacasa of the Central California Coast
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers. Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Rooms with a view
Beautiful views! You can’t beat the views and the location. This was a great house for those with young children and actually has three different living areas with an enclosed patio for kids . The Kitchen is very old and difficult to cook in so try to eat out more ! The beds were a bit hard and the twin bed room has a bad odor.
But... it was overall good and we would come back again.
We really enjoyed our time at Vintage Views. The views were amazing and being right on the beach was great for our two young children. The house also has a great courtyard that was perfect for the kids to play during the evening. <br />
Would definitely recommend this house for any age group and especially for young families.
We have rented only two different homes in Cayucos for the last 10 years. We decided to try Vintage Views this April because it was always next to one of our regulars. It was clean and very spacious. The deck out front is huge and plenty of space for dining out or just enjoying the view. The views are amazing of course! The house actually has 3 living room areas with 2 full baths. The atrium is nice but we didn’t spend time there. I gave the house 5 stars even though there are a few items that need to be addressed. The twin bedroom really needs new mattresses and the WiFi needs an upgrade. All in all...I will give 5 stars and we booked again for June! Can’t wait to go back!!
Hi Rebecca, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We appreciate your feedback and will be sure it is taken into consideration as we are always looking at ways in which we can improve the in-home experience for our guests. We look forward to hosting you again!
Wonderful beach house
Great living spaces. Loved the beach access. Worked well for our family with small children.
This home is big. Room for everyone. Older home but it was expected for the price. We had a great time visiting with girlfriends.
Great location - not great for people with asthma
Cayucos is wonderful. The view and location of this house can't be beat and it has nice, new-looking flooring. The house felt clean and was well-stocked with linens and towels. But the kitchen and bathrooms are outdated, especially the stove and guest shower stall. One of the twin beds was so uncomfortable, my brother chose to sleep on the couch. Lastly, a few of us who have asthma had a hard time breathing in this house. If you're asthmatic, come prepped with medicine!
