About Vacasa of the Central California Coast
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers. Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Amazing Family Time
Loved the veiw. The size of the home was quite suitable for our little family gathering.
We could have used two additional double beds instead of four twins. The home needs some updating but it is clean and comfortable. The beach access is very sketchy especially with a young child.
All else was great.
Beautiful Ocean view!
The ocean view was our top priority and it was endless surf for miles
The house is nothing fancy, but it is clean and adiquate. The location is unbeatable. Beautiful sunsets and a view of the comings and goings on the beach.
My 5 sisters and I get together every year. This year was Cayucos. We had a great time. Loved the house, beach, town!
House on Beach-Says it All!
We enjoyed staying here, and would book this home again! We spent lots of time on the lawn or porch--the view is outstanding, and the big sliding glass door opens the living room to the ocean. The living room furniture was comfortable and attractive. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had a relaxing time.
One caveat, the beach access from the home is limited because the second portion of the steps is actually a :ladder" to the beach, but it stops short about three feet from the ground and you have to climb down a large rock to get to the sand. With the said, there is a coastal access walkway just a couple of houses down the street, which we used and it was easy to get to the beach.
There are two bathrooms, one with heater, one without. They both had good lighting and there were lots of towels are on hand. Both have very SMALL corner showers. . The kitchen had everything you needed.
The house is centrally located and easily accessed by several roads. The bedrooms were dark, but since the draw was the ocean and being on the beach, it was a small drawback. The house is a shotgun style, very narrow, but the ocean view and the beach nearly at your feet makes this a good rental on the ocean.
The million dollar view
