The Seascape is new to the rental market. This sleep nine home is a Southern Coastal beach cottage conveniently located less than five miles from the bridge. Beach access is less than a four-minute walk. Offering three bedrooms and two baths, the home has ample space for families of six and can accommodate nine using the pull-out full-size sofa bed in the living room. The master and guest bedroom with a queen bed have t.v.'s and a large screen t.v. is in the living area. There is a DVD player in the living room and access to Roku. The kitchen is equipped with cooking appliances and tools for the preparation of daily meals. The large front porch deck is an ideal spot to lounge while enjoying ocean views and breezes. Newly renovated with practically all new furniture, it was furnished with families in mind. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and private bath. There are two guest bedrooms one with a queen-size bed and the other with a twin and full-size bed. The two guests bedrooms share a bath.
Feel free to bring your own beach supplies. The large enclosed garage is a good spot for your car and beach supplies to stay shaded from the sun. The outdoor shower is enclosed and offers a good way to rinse off the ocean's sand and beach items. The home does not offer a grill. The owner has provided a beach stroller to carry your items to the beach in as well as boogie boards, four beach chairs, and a large beach umbrella.
A starter set of supplies is included: dishwashing soap, hand soap, washing powder and dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and paper towels.
Holden Beach's tourism describes this family-oriented beach as having something for everyone. Whether you're putting those bikes, boards, boats and beach games to use or you're slowing down your pace to simply soak in some time with one another, Holden Beach, with its distinction as one of the best family beaches in the country by National Geographic Traveler, is the obvious choice. Holden Beach offers small-town charm and unspoiled beauty, which is perhaps why families return year after year to relive old memories and make new ones … like chasing ghost crabs with a flashlight during an evening stroll, or grabbing a bike and pedaling to the far eastern tip of the island to Lockwood Folly Inlet.
We are excited to offer The Seascape for rentals and look forward to hosting many guests.
