Only minutes away from Downtown, Little Italy, Gaslamp Quarter, University Heights, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and some of the cities best restaurants and breweries. You are also walking distance to all of North Park’s nightlife and restaurants.

This home was just recently remodeled both inside and out, professionally decorated and prepared with your stay in mind. We put a lot of effort into even the smallest details. From a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your stay to the new memory foam mattress in every bedroom. Room for 6 adults (one king, one queen) and two children (two twin beds) to relax or work in America's Finest City. The house features garage parking for one car with additional street parking available in the neighborhood. Keyless locks on all doors allow everyone to come and go as they please - no keys to share or lose.

Great place for a Family!

What a great place for a family to stay with plenty if space for everyone to relax. This house is close to everything you want to do in San Diego with the Zoo being 5 minutes away. The beds were super comfy and it was nice to have a whole house AC unit. The full functioning kitchen was nice for breakfast at home or if you want to prepared a dinner you have everything at your disposal to do so. If we come back to San Diego I would stay here again in Heartbeat. There are several restaurants and stores walking distance from the house so you don't need to drive which is nice. 😁

RENTER BEWARE-THIS PLACE Is not as advertised

The apartment faces an alley that is full of garbage. People park in front of your garage.

The owner shares the garage with you. It’s never private. One of the bedrooms is next to the garage, I wouldn’t let my daughter sleep in it.It was that bad.

While staying there, and we did ask to leave , the sink got clogged , the microwave face plate fell off and the master bath toilet bowl sit broke.

After asking to be refunded , the owner decided to keep my security deposit.

This is an owner who takes advantage of renters. BEWARE

Great convenient place to stay in San Diego

We had a wonderful stay in this property. Owner was very responsive to any messages and texts. We had a special request at the end of our stay and he honored our request. The location was great. 10 minute walk (or 5 minute scooter ride) to the restaurants on University. 7-11 around the corner. The unit was clean and modern looking. We had the use of the garage and there was a washer/dryer. Everything overall turned out great and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Perfect location, great space

The location was perfect. We were just a block away from University and within walking distance of El Cajon so we walked everywhere. Even to Balboa Park. So many great breweries and restaurants in the neighborhood. Grocery stores just down the street. The property was great. The layout worked out well for us. Very roomy and comfy. Most comfortable bed we ever slept in. Extras were provided if you forgot something like a toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Codes for all the doors so you don't need to worry about a key. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Would Stay Here Again

Our family LOVED this spot. Perfect location for Carnitas Snack Shack which is a 2 minute walk, as well as Holsem Coffee, nightlife and more. The house was well accommodated with everything you need. The beds and pillows were comfy and the place was excellently decorated.
