This family friendly home is just 5 minutes from downtown, and a short walk to countless, idyllic walking trails in the iconic foothills of beautiful Boulder, CO. Enjoy your meals in a relaxing and uniquely landscaped back yard complete with it's own swing and play set. This modern, chic interior sets a focused and restful atmosphere with many enticing quirks, like the fire stove that doubles as a pizza oven, or the coffee table succulent garden. A perfect fit for either work or pleasure.
This beautifully constructed, modern home, boasts an open concept living and kitchen area with large sliding glass doors bringing in the bright, Colorado sunshine. Get cozy on the plush couches in front of the wood burning fireplace, on those cool Boulder nights. This contemporary kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and a four burner gas stove, perfect for entertaining your guests. The large kitchen island provides extra space for cooking and prepping the meal. We supply all general cooking utensils and pots/pans and standard condiments for your stay.
Two guest bedrooms are located in the basement, one with a king sized bed and one with a queen sized bed. A full bathroom with shower and claw foot tub is on this level too. The third guest bedroom is located upstairs with a queen sized bed and en-suite full bathroom. This is where we will keep all of the toys we will share with other guests children. Feel free to play with these or any of the books in this room. This bedroom has a door that opens up to a balcony that is shared with the master bedroom. The master includes a king sized bed and stunning bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. Another separate baby room is located at the top of the stairs with an infant crib, changing table and rocking chair.
The outdoor playground complete with slide and swings is perfect for the kids. We also have a bocce ball court lining the right side fence. The large trees in the backyard keep the area shaded for most of the day.
Guests will have access to the whole property.
Interaction with guests
We will be available by phone or text 24/7 to assist with any concerns. If you are traveling with small children/infants and need such amenities as: baby bath, baby monitor, changing table, children’s books/toys/dinnerware, crib, high chair, stair gates, outlet covers, room darkening shades, table corner guards, window guards or pack ‘n play; please let us know which items you request. We will make sure to have them available, upon your arrival.

The Newlands neighborhood is a gem, in walking distance to plenty of beautiful trailheads. It is also a short walk to Ideal market and plenty of restaurants and shops in the Ideal Broadway Shops and Community Plaza. The plaza sports a great bakery, pizzeria, and a wonderful ice creamery that makes a great place to spend the afternoon.
Boulder has comprehensive public transportation via RTD bus lines, as well as service from both Lyft and Uber. However, our concierge service can help provide transportation and private drivers for all of your transportation needs. The city is also very cyclist friendly and, if you are interested in renting bicycles, let us know!
