Our Kings Court home was completed in November 2006. This beautiful large home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 lofts, dining room with a large table, gourmet kitchen and a family room. The gourmet kitchen includes a 48' Wolf gas stove with 2 ovens, 42' refriderator, walk in pantry and much more. The spacious living room features a moss rock gas fireplace, big screen TV, DVD and stereo system. The large deck off the living room offers great views of Lake Dillon and Keystone Mt. The home will comfortably sleep up to 12 people with its 2 king beds, 3 queens and 3 extra long twins beds and one double bed. A large private hot tub is off the back porch.

The home has 4 TV's, 2 DVD players, DVD collection and high speed internet access.

Our vacation home is clean and well maintained and we encourage you to compare our rates with similar properties and amenities. Since we own and manage this home, we can offer other amenities a larger company can not provide. in the past we have allowed early check in/check outs if the schedule allows, stored skis, accepted packages to place in the home prior to your arrival and are available to answer any of your questions or concerns.

About Sherri & Jeff

We have lived in Summit County for over 26 years and know the area & surrounding areas very well. Since we live near our rental home, we can manage it personally.

Jeff grow up in Colorado and started on the Keystone volunteer ski patrol at 17. Once he graduated from college, Jeff started his own construction company. Sherri moved from PA at the age of 19 to go to school and to be close to the mountains. In 1992 she earned her Real Estate Brokers License and currently owns her own real estate company, Buffalo Mountain Real Estate, located in Dillon. Sherri manages the daily operations of Summit Vacation Homes

Why Sherri & Jeff chose Silverthorne

We purchased our lot in Cortina Ridge in 2004. The location is ideal with it's central location in the County, but almost more important is it's easy access to the National Forest. This is our 4th vacation rental home that Jeff has built and designed so he has a great understanding of what is important to our guests. We designed the home with a big, open floor plan, large kitchen & dining room, comfortable and roomy living room and wonderful outdoor living spaces.

What makes this house unique

Since we are close to the National Forest our guests have the opportunity to see an abundance of wildlife. The most impressive animal to be seen in the area are the moose. Don't be surprised if you see them in the front yard or walking down the street. Check out our photos of the bull moose and elk herd.

Perfect Home for our Colorado Mountain Golf Outing

Beautiful home for our 8 adult golfers. We used the fully equipped modern kitchen to prepare our meals and enjoyed eating breakfasts and dinners seated on the surrounding bar stools and adjacent dining room. Everything worked perfectly -- the outdoor grill, hot tub, WI-FI. Great location, quiet. Guest instruction were clear. Owners were very helpful and available.

Home Away from Home...Again!

We LOVE this house. Each time we stay....which has been several times...we enjoy it more. The setting is so quiet and peaceful that you don't notice there are other houses around. And everything you need is furnished. We stayed for a week this summer....and only ate out twice. The kitchen is a joy to use. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub and firepit in the evenings. We're already looking forward to staying again. It's a beautiful, comfortable won't be disappointed!

We are Denver locals that frequently rent with our families in the mountains. This, by far, was one of the nicest places we've stayed (and we've stayed at many). The home is more beautiful than the pictures show. The owners go above and beyond. The kitchen has essentials and is overstocked compared to the average rental. We absolutely loved cooking in the kitchen! The hot tub was clean and well cared for. The heated floors felt wonderful after a long day of skiing. The views of Keystone at night were beautiful- we even could see the Saturday night fireworks from a distance while relaxing in the warm living room. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome house for our family ski vacation

Our two families stayed at this great property. Owners were very accommodating and responsive. The home was perfect for our needs! Great kitchen and dining area; a hot tub that fit 4; two master suites that the two sets of parents stayed in; a great gathering place in the basement that our kids used; extra beds in the lofts... I can't think of a single shortcoming. Location was great - a bout a mile up the hill from the Silverthorne outlet mall.

Amazaing place

My family of four, Brother in Laws family of 4, and my In-Laws had a great time in this rental. I absolutely fell in love with the kitchen. This place is great for big groups, and worked great for our kids.

Double Awesome!!

My family(6 adults +6 children) has vacationed in rental houses for several years now and this home was by far the "BEST"! We fell in love with it the moment we walked thru the front door. I will say, after studying the pictures and reviews, I was expecting a lot from this home but to my delight it was much, much more. The pictures did not do it justice. For example the kitchen was much "bigger" and "nicer" with drawers, cabinets, and a huge pantry full of everything we needed to cook all meals. The table was not only BEAUTIFUL (built by owner Jeff) but it was HUGE (seated 12 easily) in a large eating area. Not pictured was a marvelous second family room on the lower level and a handy utility room upon entering from the well-organized double garage (equipped with clean & marked recycle bins). The owners are very knowledgeable and can provide you a wealth of information about bicycle/hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, etc.

If you are particular with your own home and want the same when you are vacationing, without reservation, this is the place for you!
