ABOUT THE HOUSE
The bright and cheerful living area is on the second floor and offers access to a balcony overlooking the water. Three couches in the living room invite you to flop down after a day in the sun. Extra guests? Fold out the middle couch to a full sleeper sofa.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cupboards and a center island with room for four. With granite countertops and an eye-catching glass tile backsplash, it’s a stylish place to whip up meals for the family.
The open concept dining room seats six, and the nearby window lets you enjoy your meals with a side of sunshine.
Three bedrooms are located on the main level. The master bedroom and second bedroom both offer queen beds, and there’s a super fun sleepover to be had in the third bedroom with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. On the ground level, a fourth bedroom has separate entrance; here you’ll find two queen beds, a full bath, and a wall-mounted TV.
Amenities include a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. Garage parking is available for 1 car, with room for 2 more in the driveway.
Paradise Pointe Drive is a cul-de-sac with a quiet tranquility that belies its convenient location. It’s a 5-minute drive to Port Aransas beach, and only a couple more minutes to downtown Port Aransas for shops and eateries galore.
Fisherman’s Wharf, a 7-minute drive, is the go-to destination if you’d like to try your hand at deep sea fishing or some dolphin spotting.
The Palmilla Beach Golf Club is 2 miles away, and while you’re there, try out the superb seafood at the Black Marlin Bar and Grill.
