Pleasant apartment very cute quiet with a modern decoration.
The Venitian bridge will bring you directly to Lincoln Road or Ocean Drive, and their beatches in few minutes
You will be very close to Arena Stadium with Miami Heats, all greatest concerts. The Bayside mall, downtown and many places in Miami will be accessible with loops (free metro)
Large bedroom with queen size bed, television DVD player, large dressing and large bathroom with spa bath tub and shower space separated.
Access to the Wifi
Very big living area with an open kitchen and an convertable sofa.
A large terrasse with south beach, enter costal, and marina view on oneside. Miami downtown view on the other side.
You will have access to the pool area, with a large pool, with a snack pool house, and four spas.
You will have also access to fitness and sauna with view on marina. And all shops and conveniant shop.
The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 3 adults and 2 children.
Regarding the condominium association rules: you will have to reserved minimum 3 days before your checking in (we will need the ID picture of all the guests as soon as possible) and a minimum of 2 nights reserved
Additional fees: parking, with a minimum of 6 nights staying in.
About Property Manager/Owner
I am from France, I work like an optometrist there. I am investing for a couple of years in USA. I bought this appartment because I want to enjoy the Miami way of life while my free time.
I decided to do short vacation rental in order to fund all cost of the condominium association, wifi, cable, insurances and property taxes costs.
I like as well to discover new people from different parts of the world, it is my philantropic side.

Nice place but riddled with roaches !
It's a nice unit overall but we couldn't get past how bad the roaches are. They were everywhere. Beyond that just a few problems: not enough toilet paper for the stay, no paper towels for the kitchen, not even one hand towel for the bathrooms, only shower towels. We have stayed in this building many times in other units and have never seen this many bugs. We are afraid they will be coming home with us.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
- 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
- Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
