Amazing property, in the orchard, pregnant with ripe yummy apples.

Five related women who don't see each other often enough, had such a great time relaxing and relating. The house was perfect for us, since we don't need to be entertained. We cooked as much or as little as we wanted. The local restaurants were great and easy to get to. The sunrise over the orchard in the morning was breathtaking as we sat on the back deck with our morning beverages. We also did a little yoga on the deck after the sun warmed it up. Then the sunset at the beach was spectacular. The house was comfortable with nice beds and linens. Shower was great for an old farmhouse, (much better than what I remembered as a child growing up in an old farmhouse). The kitchen was efficient and adorable. We could all fit in it as we were preparing or cleaning up, then we could all retire to the sitting room and sit comfortably as we laughed and consoled and shared our lives. Thank you Wendy for a great weekend.

We loved our stay. There was lots of room to spread out. I thought the one bathroom might be a problem but it never was! Love this place and Wendy!

Beautiful and serene!

  • 5 of 5

We had the most amazing vacation at the waterfront farm! It is so peaceful and relaxing! Everything we needed was there on the property, along with cherries to pick to our hearts desire. I would highly recommend this as your next up north get away! Wendy was very responsive to any questions and even shipped some items to me that I left behind.

Beautiful, Serene, Family Friendly Location

  • 5 of 5

Wow! What a wonderful location nestled in the middle of an apple orchard. Every morning we awoke to a beautiful breeze coming through the windows and the sun piercing through the misty orchard. The farmhouse is just beautiful. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely updated while the rest of the house keeps the old farm charm. The beds are soft and comfortable and the house is stocked with all the little things you need for it to feel like home. The outdoor shower was a big hit too!

It's a quick walk through the woods to the private beach which was beautiful for catching sunsets over Grand Traverse Bay. You're also close to many of the wonderful wineries on Old Mission Point. I really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy and Tracey for a wonderful long weekend away from the hustle and bustle of Chicago! :)

Such a beautiful property!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful property! Charming, cute, clean farm house with a beautiful view of an orchard. Also just a walk away from the beach! We had 3 couples come up from South Michigan for a short weekend to visit the wineries on the Peninsula with out kiddos. We had a great time and were very comfortable in the home. The owners were helpful and just a text/call away. Even though it was raining and trying to snow colors in the area were amazing and at the property as well. Thank you so much for our stay! We hope to come back!

Exactly what we were looking for!

  • 5 of 5

It was a beautiful property. It gave an old time rustic farmhouse feel while at the same time having brand new kitchen and bathroom. The location also made it easy to get anywhere on the peninsula. Would highly recommend!
