About owner/property manager

My family has lived in Inman Park for 23 years. We love the community: the people who live here, the restaurants and businesses. We walk everywhere; Marta is around the corner for trips downtown and the beltline is 3 short blocks away for dinner at Ponce City market or a bike ride to Piedmont park. My husband Brian and I are Northeastern transplants and city dwellers.

Perfect oasis in the heart of Atlanta!

  • 5 of 5

I was lucky enough to have stayed in this beautiful gem long term, it is and always will be my favorite little place to call home! It is quietly tucked away behind the main house in the most beautiful neighborhood in all of Atlanta. The lush property is lovely and peaceful, it feels comfortable and welcoming. The interior is warm and roomy with lovely french doors that bring in light to the living/kitchen area. The landlords are the most wonderful people, and are very respectful of whether you'd like lots of conversation and suggestions, or would rather keep to yourself. Inman Park is filled with beautiful homes, lots of history, amazing restaurants, and the carriage home is just a couple short blocks from the very popular Krog Street Market and Beltline. The possibilities of exciting places to walk from there are endless, however if walking isn't your thing, it's only 2 blocks from a Marta train station, and an easy ride with Uber or Lyft. This place truly is special, anyone would be lucky to experience a stay at this home!

The Perfect Home Base in Atlanta!

  • 5 of 5

I have spent considerable time staying in this cottage over the years and consider it one of the most perfect places in Atlanta. It's situated on a large quiet lot, surrounded by trees in the heart of one of city's most dynamic and interesting neighborhoods. The interior provides a lovely and serene retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet you are well within walking distance to really good restaurants, bars and shopping. The family landlords are friendly and responsive while also being respectful of your privacy. I would recommend this cottage to anyone considering a stay in Atlanta.

My Cottage in Atlanta!

  • 5 of 5

I travel extensively for work and a comfortable place to stay makes all the difference in the world. I stayed in this cottage for six months and loved it. It is situated on a large lot behind a beautiful Victorian home in Inman Park. There are a ton of trees providing a green canopy over the property keeping it cool in the Spring and Summer. The property and neighborhood are also very quiet and yet within walking distance to several great bars and restaurants. It is also located a couple of blocks from the MARTA station and a few blocks from the Beltway and Krogg Street Market.

The home itself is very comfortable and well furnished. After a long day I looked forward to the peace and quiet the little cottage provided. Also there is covered parking which is very nice when it rains. There is a full kitchen to prepare meals if you like. The cottage has a brick patio with a grill and there is also a nicely maintained lower yard.

The property owners live on site in the house up front. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met and are very approachable and accommodating. I never had a problem with the property but if anything had come up I'm sure they would have taken care of it.

I have worked in Atlanta several times on extended stays and this has been the nicest place I've stayed in. I will certainly be booking the little cottage next time I am in town.

Characterized by Victorian home and tree-lined streets, Inman Park also is home to one of Atlanta’s most-anticipated annual festivals. The Inman Park Festival showcases the neighborhood’s personality with costumed performers mingling with local city council members. That spirit is reflected year round in the many community restaurants, coffee houses and bars. Once you find yourself on Highland Avenue, the scene will change from residential to a thriving shopping and dining district, dotted with bakeries, yoga studios, restaurants, boutiques, business centers, and more. From here, you can grab a bite to eat or a quick brew, pop into some shops and hop on the Freedom Parkway PATH trail or the Eastside Trail of the Atlanta BeltLine. (
