Come relax and unwind in our well appointed home. This is a delightful setting for you and your family and friends. The home accommodates up to a total of 8 guests, including adults and children.
• Beautiful pool and hot tub
You will find that having your own private swimming pool is a delight! The water is comfortable, and the pool is sparkling clean. It’s the perfect way to cool off after a hot day at the beach. On cool evenings, take some time to relax in the warm hot tub as you catch up with friends and family. There's plenty of seating if you don't feel like a swim, and you will love dining al fresco at the table for six. And, don't be concerned about the bugs; our screened enclosure works well to keep them away.
• Walk, ride or drive to the beach
Resident’s Beach is just 3/5 of a mile away. If you have a month lease or longer, you can purchase a pass to this Marco Island amenity. Or, if you have family members or friends who are already members living in Marco, you can enter with them. If you are staying for a shorter time, instead, you can enjoy a slightly longer stroll to the closest public beach access, which is found at Maple Street, 9/10 of a mile away. Or, hop on a bike and trek down there even quicker! If some of your guests don't care for walking, you are close enough to drop them off near the South beach access within just a few minutes, and pick them up later. South Beach (our favorite beach) parking is 2.3 miles away or Tigertail is 1.2 miles away. You can park for $8 daily in Collier County Parking lots at either of the two.
• Stay home and make your own gourmet feast
Maybe you love to cook so much that vacation wouldn’t be the same without your prepared meals. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, loads of dishes and glassware. Gleaming stainless steel appliances are begging you to use them during your stay! If you prefer cooking out, a new Weber gas grill is out on the lower patio so you can show off your BBQ skills.
• Or, take a walk out to dinner
Perhaps you think, “Now wait a minute, I’m on vacation! I have no interest in cooking!” No problem! This home is located directly behind several popular local restaurants. If you don’t find the cuisine you desire there, just take a walk up the street for a meal. That's especially nice during the peak season, when parking can be far more difficult to find at these popular eateries. Please note that, since this home is located just behind restaurants, there is an alley way. We have a white fence for privacy. The building view is somewhat blocked by a ficus hedge, although a portion of it got knocked down by hurricane Irma. It was replaced with areca palms, which are growing above the fence to eventually block it once again. You may hear the random waste management truck in the morning, or a few delivery trucks during daytime hours.
• Beautifully updated home
You want comfort and style? This home was fully updated only a couple of years ago. From the bathrooms to the flooring, from the kitchen to the bedrooms, everything was completely renovated. Perhaps you will join the family for a movie on the blu-ray player in the family room on the 4K Ultra High Definition television. Or, you may decide to play a game of chess in the cozy living room area. Relax and watch a favorite program on your bedroom Roku television. Take a splash in the pool, or read your favorite novel on the lanai as the kids enjoy swimming. No need to overpack, as the large washer and dryer are all ready for you to do a quick load in the laundry room.
You’ll find that this home is perfect for travelling with family or a group of friends, or to be used as a base for those who are on the island for professional meetings and conferences. Even small groups will enjoy this well-appointed home. It is our hope that guests will feel at home for their time in our place, and that they will love their time in beautiful Marco Island!

***During peak rental times, we have "Saturday changeover days" in specific rate periods. This means that renters check-in on Saturday afternoon and check out on a Saturday morning. VRBO's application does not always block renters from checking out on a day other than Saturday, despite us having placed a Saturday changeover in the listing on their site. Should you be able to bypass the settings during a peak rental time and reserve a changeover day other than Saturday, we will most likely have to adjust your checkout day to Saturday. It is best to contact us with a message prior to booking to verify dates. Rates are subject to change until deposit is made. ***
