21st floor ocean and harbor view in the heart of downtown Honolulu (NOT Waikiki) We are located in the business, financial and cultural heart of Honolulu. Hawaii Pacific University is our neighbor; we are the closest lodging option for those visiting the downtown campus or the dorms at Aloha Tower Marketplace Waterfront Lofts.
This is the only hotel/condo building in downtown Honolulu and there is no more convenient location than this! This affordable condo offers a modest kitchen (2-burner range, two small refrigerators, countertop convection oven, microwave, rice cooker, bullet blender, more), cable, LCD TV in living room and bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi.
This condo features many "extra touches" to make guests feel at home, including pillow-top queen bed ( now with additional high-grade memory foam topper!), optional use of twin aerobed, jacuzzi bathtub, 100% cotton linens, Therapure air filter with UV, beach towels, welcome basket, glycerin soap, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, tropical decor, and high speed wi-fi. Guests can relax and enjoy the serenity of their personal sanctuary. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Due to the “tight corners” in the bedroom and bathroom, our unit is not easily navigated by wheel chair.
Sundeck, pool and jacuzzi as well as coin laundry facility on site. Award-winning Hukilau restaurant located in the lobby. 24-Hr Fitness, Starbucks, Ross, Long's Drugstore (CVS), Walgreen's, even 7-11 and WalMart are right downstairs; over 30 restaurants are within a few blocks.
Location: Corner of Hotel and Bishop Streets, just a ten-minute drive to Honolulu International Airport, Waikiki or Ala Moana Shopping Cednter. Two and a half miles to Hawaii Convention Center. A five minute walk to Aloha Tower Marketplace, Hawaii State Art Museum, Chinatown, Iolani Palace and the State Building. It is adjacent to Hawaii Pacific University and Remington College, a few blocks from the University of Phoenix, and within steps to the center of Hawaii business and government. Ten minute walk to The Queen’s Medical Center. Twenty minute walk or ten minute bus ride to Honolulu Museum of Art, Restaurant Row, Straub Hospital, Neil Blaisdell Arena and Concert Hall. Bus stops at street level are central for whole island.

Great business location and close to HPU, Hawaii government offices, 'Iolani Palace, Aloha Tower Marketplace, Chinatown, Hawaii Sate Art Museum, and The Queens Medical Center.
The room is not large but who wants to be in their room the whole time. Very convenient location. Walmart next door and Safeway not to far but what was really awesome was all the downtown history starting just one block to the east.
The unit was very nice and had everything I needed. My office is one block from the building so my commute was fantastic! Wonderful harbor views out of the bedroom windows and the included free parking in the building was nice too.
The condo was well maintained and very comfortable. I enjoyed waking up to a panoramic view of the city.
The apt was fine for what we wanted. We needed a place close to where or children live. This was 1 1/2 blocks away. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bed was good. Plenty of space to hang things. The bathroom was ok, met our needs.
The living room and kitchen could use a little updating.
The unit was very dated and had a stale smell in it. It was so bad after one night, we left to find other accommodation closer to Waikiki.
I admit to my error by looking at Honolulu and not Waikiki specific, but did not expect this type of accommodation in a condo on VRBO.
I would NOT recommend this unit to anyone. A very costly mistake. Would really appreciate getting a partial refund from the owners.
When we checked in, the cleaning lady was still there- it was 4:05. She had to return, as she forgot the bath mat. On top of that, we only had 1 key as she forgot the other one.
As stated, we only stayed the one night, as we couldn't stand the musty smell, and no windows to open.
Overall the building and rental unit were a bit dated. The unit had everything we needed, and for a couple and was comfortable. There is not a lot of room in the unit, so I would only recommend it for up to a couple. We liked the location as it was close to dinning, bars, shopping, Chinatown and freeway accessible. One big plus was the included parking space. This saved us hundreds of dollars. Just remember this is downtown, so it is not paradise and beaches, but they are real close. Overall I would say this rental wasnt perfect, but for the price I would stay again.
