The Courchevel condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, within walking distance to the lifts and right on the free bus route. Ski lockers and a laundry room are located in the common, underground garage.
This is an upstairs unit, approximately 800 square feet in size, with a vaulted ceiling over the living room and a great sun deck just outside with nice views. It is well appointed and attractively decorated. The front door is up one flight of stairs from street level, or two flights up from the garage. Once inside, the condo is all on one level, with the living room and dining area adjacent to the kitchen, which is separated by a counter/bar. There is a powder room just off the hall by the kitchen, and then the master bedroom has it’s own private bathroom.
Living Room: Filled with light and quite spacious. Includes fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo, and queen sofa sleeper.
Kitchen:Remodeled in 2009! Brand new appliances, granite counters and very nicely decorated! Well equipped for cooking meals. Adjacent to living room area.
Dining Room: Seating for 4 at the dining table, plus 2 barstools at the kitchen counter.
Bedroom: Queen bed, adjoining full bath.
Hot Tub: No.
Laundry Room: Private to unit in half bath.
Garage: Common to complex, with secure entry.

Great time at this condo.........
This is a 4 star property in a 5 star location and was a great value to me an my wife. No view to really mention but if your on the slopes that should not matter. No hot tub and no gym. You also have to clime 3 stories from the garage. Sounds like Im not happy, but I was thrilled by this unit as it provided great value for the money. It was clean, freshly kept with updated bath and kitchen, thoughtful amenities (supplies) and nice TV's. Everything in the unit worked at it should. We rented a car and it was very nice to have the parking underground and convenient. We did not use the Ski storage locker as we kept our stuff at Deer Valley.
We were comfortable the whole week and very happy being there. I would highly recommend!
