KITCHEN: The high-end cook's kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas range with large convection oven, large three-door refrigerator/freezer with ice and water, ultra-quiet dishwasher and built-in microwave. Large granite work surfaces, a custom center island, stainless steel main sink and separate prep sink provide ample food preparation and serving space. Fully equipped with a host of small appliances, utensils, high-quality pots, pans, baking tools, serving dishes and gorgeous tableware, any meal is a pleasure to prepare. The beverage bar includes a Ninja Coffee Bar machine and electric kettle.
DINING: The dining area seats up to 12 at the large table, plus four chairs at the bar, for a total of 16 seated for dinner.
LIVING: Filled with natural light, this comfortable gathering space centers on a lovely corner gas fireplace and large windows with beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. A spacious open seating plan, a Samsung 50” UHD 4K TV with BlueRay/DVD player, and convenient work space with USB chargers make this a perfect area to relax with family and friends. The comfortable queen sleeper sofa with premium mattress upgrade accommodates two more overnight guests. A large wrap-around outside deck with stunning views stays cool in the afternoon shade and provides outdoor seating and eating areas plus a natural-gas BBQ.
Each of the four bedrooms is maximized for comfort, a private oasis with its own dedicated full bathroom and Samsung UHD 4K Smart TV with expanded HD cable TV channels, Netflix, Amazon and YouTube. Wonderfully comfortable beds boast four-star hotel-grade Sealy mattresses with hypoallergenic Cuddledown comforters and pillows, top-rated 100% cotton sheets, and soft cotton duvets.
Bathrooms feature luxury cotton towels and bath mats, Tarocco hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, hairdryers and other amenities. Separate pool towels are provided for use at the neighborhood pool and hot tub a short walk away.

BEDROOM 3 (JUNIOR MASTER SUITE): Sleeps two people in one king bed, a Samsung 40" UHD 4K Smart TV, closet with shelving and a ceiling fan for extra air circulation. The private en-suite bath features a double sink granite vanity, separate shower and toilet.
BEVERAGE BAR/LAUNDRY (DOWNSTAIRS): Stainless steel refrigerator with ice, small sink, coffee maker and electric kettle. Two large-capacity high-efficiency dual washers and dryers for guest use.
