About the property

APARTMENT 3 BEDROOMS WITH TERRACE, GARDEN AND PRIVATE PARKING

We rent an apartment built as a family home in the sixties with furniture in forties recently restored.

The taste of the owners is simple and essential as usual in the traditional Ligurian houses.

To access the house you must go down the stairs from the road and go up to the first floor; a total of two flights of stairs.

There are 5 beds in three rooms:

a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds (single or double), a single room.

There is also a dining and a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath with shower.

A nice terrace is all along the facade of the house with a view of the sea as far as far the eye can see .

In the kitchen: the refrigerator, the stove with four burners and oven and several shelves and the washing machine.

The garden and porch are available to the guests for the barbecue. In the garden there are rose bushes and olive trees.

We are in a strategic position: quite near to the exit of the motorway, 15 minutes by foot to the beaches of San Terenzo and Baia Blu. The supermarket Eurospin located in via degli Scoglietti 22 (1,5 km from the house) has its own parking place and is open every day from 8,30 am to 8 pm.
