This house has all the amenities for a single family or a couple looking for lots of office space and comfortable living areas. It has a natural feel with plenty of trees, the pleasing sound of the adjoining irrigation waterway, and a grass lawn. And of course you'll see an occasional deer in the yard. Neither pets nor smoking are allowed, as well as indoor plant growing equipment.

There is also an enclosed sun room and a patio with covered table and chairs. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a small balcony, and 2 rooms that can serve as either offices or smaller bedrooms. The house has a finished basement with a ping-pong table that can be folded up out of the way, and a washer-dryer room.
Amenities included are a private driveway and a garage with an indoor parking space, free WiFi and internet access, and garbage service is also included in the rental price.
The property includes 3 bicycles in the garage which tenants are free to use during their stay. From this convenient location it is only 12 minutes biking time to reach the CU campus or the lovely trails at Wonderland Lake, and even faster to reach downtown Boulder.

About Owner / Property Manager
We love this home, but professional opportunities have taken us away from Boulder for much of the year and we are now renting it for part of the year. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have, especially the babbling of the cool water stream flowing right behind the house, and the nearby Pineview Park, as well as Boulder's rich array of outdoor activities.
