Apartment 1 is a modern apartment in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. It’s located on an historic but renovated canarian style building in the best possible location in town.
It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, interior patio and spacious lounge with dining and TV separated areas. ( You can check the pictures section for a detailed view of the disposition of the rooms) It is luminous, with a modern design and fully equipped with all facilities needed for a confortable stay wether it is for holidays or work related.
Location is right at center of town, meters away from the harbor, with all tourist spots at walking distance. It includes parking space in the same building or if you don’t bring your own transportation, taxi & bus stops are few meters away from the apartment.
It accommodates 1- 4 persons maximum, including children. Is NOT possible to add extra beds although we have a cot free of charge for babies.
Main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, interior bedroom with two single beds that can be put together easily. Mattresses are completely new and there are two large built-in wardrobes in each room. Bathroom has a bathtub.
Children are very welcome and cot and baby / toddler high chair are provided free of charge. Also, we can adapt the apartment furnishing or kitchen utensils to make sure the apartment is children safe if you are visiting us with little guests. Toys and other entertainment is also provided too.
Building has an elevator and doors are spacious. Apartment is located on the first floor but if you have any disability or reduced mobility please contact us to ensure the building is suitable for your specific needs.
Apartment 1 is fully managed by the owners , we do not use agencies or intermediaries and we deal directly with all aspects of the rental by ourselves. Parking space in the same building is included free of charge. There’s also a big public parking space nearby and also a paying parking 100 meters away in Plaza de Europa, next to the town hall. Access by walking is very easy as the building is near the harbor and near Plaza del Charco.
Apartment 1 is located at about 30 minutes ( 35 km) from Los Rodeos North Airport , 60-80 minutes (110km) from Reina Sofía South airport and 30- 45 min ( 45km) from Santa Cruz de Tenerife’s cruise port.
There’s a wide offer of restaurants & shops of all kinds just meters away from the apartment and two beaches and natural pools at 10 – 15 minutes walking distance. There are various supermarkets at walking distance from the apartment, the nearest being at aproximately 200 meters away.
Cleaning after departure is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly free of charge for stays longer than 12 days. More frequent cleaning can be arranged at an extra rate but you have to discuss this with us prior to arrival as we need to check availability with the person in charge of cleaning.
We will make our best to help with with any advice you need before/during your stay with us and if you have any special request I’ll be happy to try to adjust to it if you tell me in advance just to see if it’s possible to do it so.
Remember this is a self catering apartment. We always try to equip the apartment with all the basics needed for the long of each stay but things like cleaning supplies, shower gels, drinks … are not replenished during your stay.
All taxes are included in the price. We do not rent the apartment for long periods, maximum stay is 30 days. Price is not negotiable.
We do speak spanish and english.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN.
The house is family owned. We, our closest family and friends often stay in the apartment when it's not rented through airbnb. Because of this we put a lot of attention to details and do maintenance work on a frequent basis. We, as you, like to find the apartment nice, clean and in good condition when we use it.
