Amazing, quiet setting
The opportunity to stay on this lake is amazing. We had everything we needed except more time! There's so much to do in the area if you love the outdoors. Working with Genny was super easy, and we were very comfortable.
Wonderful Stay on Lake Crescent!
This home has amazing views of Lake Crescent! The lake is spectacular so the large window wall and outdoor deck give you different ways to take it all in. We enjoyed a campfire one evening with the moon across the lake just above the mountains.
The house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds were very comfy and nice linens were provided. When you drive the road to the house and take the driveway, you experience the Pacific Northwest rainforest. The trees and ferns are huge! This house is close to many trails (we recommend the Spruce RR trail that goes along the lake's edge). We visited Lake Crescent Lodge several times. We enjoyed dinner there ( pricey, but delightful) and we also rented kayaks from the lodge. The kayaks were a great way to enjoy the lake in a different way. There is a waterfall hike you can take from the Lodge.
Genny (the owner) was very nice to work with. We would love to go back and plan to sometime when we are visiting our son in Seattle. We stayed four nights and it wasn't long enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.
After a hiccup at first, we enjoyed our stay. In that this is a new rental.......
These things could improve the experience. There is far to little furniture to properly enjoy the interior. No place to read. Not enough lights to read by. Yes, there is a giant TV, but we don’t go to this type of accommodation to watch TV! If you need anything...... bring it, as it isn’t there! There are rudimentary kitchen utensils, so leave your pots and pans home. Look carefully at the pictures as that is what you get as far as furniture goes. There is NOTHING close if you forget something..... NADA, ZIP, . port Angeles is not close, so you can’t “ run to the store”.
But the view....... wonderful!
Very relaxing and beautiful spot, perfect location for visiting the jewel that is the peninsula
We enjoyed the solitude and the sunshine on the deck. Easy space, comfortable bed, great location!
Really clean. Had full kitchen. Could use a blender but no biggie. Kayaks would be amazing. Nice fire insert. Once the dock is finished jumping into water would be great. I took my 19 month old and he loved the PAC n play. Kid friendly. Saw many deer. Saw a lake otter. I will book again. Great job and thanks. Happy trails!
Amazing lake views right out the living room... and the lake just a short skip down the hill.
Very clean, recently updated and usable space, large open living room dining area and large deck.
Great beach and swimming was perfect.
Genny had a rather large collection of track and Thomas trains that kept our 2 year old preoccupied for days!
