This listing is for a 4-bedroom/4-1/2-bathroom "Residence" condominium (with 2 King/4 Double beds) at the Grand Luxxe in Riviera Maya. The 4-bedroom is very spacious (allowing up to twelve (12) adults) - photo #8 shows the floor plan - but (for maximum comfort) I'd suggest eight (8) adults in the bedrooms, and then maybe 2-4 kids (at most) on sofa pull-outs in the living room.
There is a free shuttle from the airport to the resort for when you first arrive in Cancun, two-for-one massages, gym and wet areas to relax, as well as Wi-fi and your own floor’s concierge all included during your stay.
The resort has a small shopping center for groceries and other items, or you can take the free shuttle to Walmart (or spend the day in town or ferry to Cozumel if you'd like).
You can also reserve a 3-bedroom/4-bathroom "Residence" (with 2 King/2 Double beds) for $750/night, a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom “Spa” condominium (with 2 King/2 Double beds) for $675/night, or a 2-bedroom/2-1/2 bathroom corner "Villa" (with 2 King beds, and additional sitting area that converts into a private sleeping area) for $575/night.
If you can view this listing, then I should have weeks available to rent - but (being a timeshare), I would need to check with the resort if the resort has your requested dates available. I only rent three (3) of my weeks each year, and then I block my calendar around June (when my weeks are gone) - so (hopefully) this listing won't appear during the last half of a year (unless you search without dates).
In addition to the floor plan for the 4-bedroom (photo #8), you can find floor plans to compare the 3-bedroom "Spa" (photo #9) and 2-bedroom "Villa" (photo #10) in the "Photos" section of this listing. Both the 3-bedroom "Spa" and 2-bedroom "Villa" have the same maximum capacity of ten (10) persons of which up to eight (8) can be adults (12 years and older), and come with a King bed in each of two of the bedrooms (although a Villa can occasionally have two doubles in its second bedroom rather than a King). Bedding also pulls out from under each of two (2) sofas in the living room, and the top of the sofas can be made into bedding at night as well.
Differences are that the "Spa" unit has a third bedroom with two (2) Double (or Queen) beds and a third full bathroom, while a "Villa" has an additional 1/2 bathroom and sitting room (with sofa, TV, phone, etc) that converts into a private sleeping area for two (2) additional persons at night. The "Villa" is a corner unit with a little more wrap-around view of the outside grounds, while the "Spa" is a middle unit that also has a massage room and table.
The resort counts an "adult" as 12 years and older, but does not count an "infant" (less than 3 years old ) in their maximum capacity limitation.
You can book up to twelve (12) months in advance (for best availability), but probably not less than nine (9) months ahead of your check-in for the higher demand months of November through May (if you can be flexible with your dates).
I'm sorry that I can't give you my phone number or email, but please understand the perception and concern that this would cause VRBO/HomeAway.
