About White Peak Properties LLC
My family has grown up in Montana. From Billings to Red lodge, and now West Yellowstone, Montana gives you the opportunity to experience life. We enjoy being able to get in the car and drive 10 minutes to Yellowstone Park and spend the day site seeing. Family time is what its about and doing it in Montana makes it memorable. We've been fishing Hebgen lake for over 50 years and it never disappoints. My father brought our family to West Yellowstone and now I'm able to do the same for my family. It is truly a blessing!
White Peak Properties LLC purchased this House in 2016
Why White Peak Properties LLC chose West Yellowstone
My family has been camping in this area for over 50 years. Having a home with all the amenities makes enjoying yourself that much easier. We still get to experience the campfires and fishing, but you also get to shower at the end of the day! For the winter enthusiasts, you couldn't ask for a better location for access to US Forest Service trails. Also this is the perfect location to warm up after a long day of ice fishing Hebgen Lake!
What makes this House unique
Come to the West and fish the private waters located just feet away from the cabin. Duck Creek flows from Yellowstone National Park and runs into Hebgen Lake. Fishing licenses are not required to fish the private pond, but are required for Yellowstone Park and other Montana waters.

4th of July Vacation to Yellowstone for 2 families.
We had an excellent stay at this property. In total we had 4 adults and 4 kids (2 families). The set up worked great for us as each family took a “wing” of the house and each had our own bathroom.
The amenities were fantastic as well. It’s so nice to have a fully stocked house (including soaps/washing detergent etc!) We all had fun taking the canoe out - the owners even had different sized life jackets for our kiddos. We enjoyed evenings sitting outside eating dinner at the picnic table then roasting s’mores at the fire pit.
The view was amazing and ultimately what we were looking for in a house and this view did NOT disappoint! It even looks into Yellowstone- amazing! We spent our days in the park and the drive wasn’t bad. I would say it takes about 10 mins to get into the actual park entrance, I was expecting more so that was a nice surprise.
We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Our family enjoyed our stay in West Yellowstone. Great location to visit the park and relaxing property.
We were so delighted when we opened the front door...what a view! It was somewhat cold and rainy (and even some snow) during our stay so we couldn't use the large deck or the fire pit area. We just stayed inside by the fire and watched geese, ducks, an otter and an eagle! Only thing you really need to understand is the need to access the back bedroom through another. Awkward depending on who is traveling with you. Doable for the two nights we were there though.
Location, location, location
Perfect location for our needs. Close to YNP entrance and Hebren Lake where we enjoyed a day of boating. Restaurants were only a 10 minute drive too. But above all the location on the small lake with beautiful views from the home is what did it for us. Our family enjoyed watching the wildlife and getting up close and personal with them too. Home was exactly as described, clean, and well stocked with what we needed to make meals. Owners great to deal with and we would return if given the opportunity.
Secluded, clean, comfortable
The location on the lake is perfect. We enjoyed sunrise coffee (local coffee provided by the owner!) while watching the geese fly in and otters play. We haven’t seen a human soul up here the entire stay. The house is very clean and the sheets are exceptionally soft. Kitchen well equipped. We would love to come back. Very well done.
Lovely, peaceful stay with view of Yellowstone
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home. Not only was the location and view fantastic, but the house was stocked with all the supplies you could want to make the stay that much easier - so many times we can't find any kitchen tools worth using and have maybe one bar of soap to use for all cleaning. Highly recommend if you plan to do Yellowstone since it was so easy to launch into the park and rest in a peaceful spot upon return. Owners were also very easy to work with all via email.
