About Robert Baker
Bob and Sherry (Hoosiers) have been 'Napoli' guests since the '70's and Stonebridge owners since '07, but just bought 1930-204 in 2017 (just in time to welcome Irma....no damage though). They live in Carmel, IN and have those pesky jobs (work together in our studio legale) up north, so only get down to Napoli when they can.

Why Robert Baker chose North Naples
What's not to love about Naples, especially north Naples, Stonebridge CC and of course, il piccolo posto . Mio piccolo posto is roomy, very clean and comfortable, totally outfitted, very convenient to the Stonebridge clubhouse (and golf and tennis and health facilities and ......) and you'll love to overlook the 10th tee box and the golfers (the performances off the tee will make anyone feel a bit better about their not-so-sterling game) from the lanai, as well as the pond with all its friendly Florida critters.
What makes this Condo unique
Other than its location (we think its in the middle of Nirvana) , the best benefit of our place is the Stonebridge amenity. Renters are assigned the Stonebridge Country Club membership (and privileges) for the term of the lease (transfer fee, payable by renter, used to be $300 or so, [and also a small condo transfer fee]) and renters can use everything, including the dining room, tennis, health facilities, pool and golf (although there is cart rental ($22/18holes) and a small guest fee ($20??/18 holes)).
