You’ll fall in love with my place for its charming New Orleans's flavor with a sheik artistic flair. The neighborhood, Shotgun house and patio are rich with beauty and history. Private parking 2 feet from the front door. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers as well as parents visiting university students. The house is fully loaded with all the conveniences of home away from home. My house has two bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. There is an abundant amount of closet (armoires) and drawer space along with bedding and towels. The lovely living room has a comfortable couch that can be slept on if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, stove top, refrigerator, convection oven (with the exception of an oven and dishwasher) and a large range of dishes, glassware and pots. The kitchen has dining space for six people with two stools at the bar and a dining table that seats 4. The patio has a dining table that can seat six people and seating in the backyard that can accommodate 8 people. Part of the patio is covered so one can enjoy it even in the rain and is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence. We offer internet and cable facilities along a T.V. in each room.

We had a great time. House is well maintained and clean. Only suggestion would be perhaps a new frying pan. 😊. Most guests probably do not cook there and we didn’t much. Good food nearby. So, that is not a criticism. The patio is nice and private. Friendly neighbors. Thanks
Susan was easy to communicate with and available any time we needed it. Both the neighborhood and the house were great. We would definitely stay here again!
Heather was a great guest and let the house in good condition. She was easy to communicate with and very helpful in making sure the pipes did not freeze. I have no concerns except that I was questioning why we received four stars as opposed to five. Was wondering if there was a problem that I could correct. Look forward to the possibility of her staying her in the future.
My property offers a unique opportunity for a visitor to experience the rich and beautiful uptown area with the access to the entire city of New Orleans within a block. One can take the street car to the French Quarter, Garden District, Downtown, Audubon Zoo and Park and Tulane and Loyola Universities within minutes of your front door. Music, fabulous restaurants and a wide range of fun activities are within walking distance. You can sit on the patio and listen to the riverboats on the Mississippi in the evening while you sip your mint julep. My house is a traditional 'shotgun' built 100 years ago from sailing boats that were disassembled to construct these cypress homes. It is like going back in time with all of the amenities of the present. The response we have had from visitors is that it is a jewel of the city!
