Newer 2,000 sq ft home built in 2011 is located 2 minutes off of US 41 at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. After you park in the 2 car garage you will enter the foyer where you will notice the beautiful hardwood floors that are installed throughout the common areas of the home. The Master bedroom is located directly ahead and offers plenty of space even with its King size bed plus his and her night stands. Of course a Master bedroom wouldn't be complete without a Master bath complimented by a his and her vanity. After rolling out of bed make your way to the fully equipped kitchen to create nearly everything imaginable and its spacious enough for everyone to take part in the culinary creations. Off the kitchen is a beautiful sun room to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun, perhaps even catch a lil siesta! The living room offers a cozy relaxing atmosphere with a large sectional couch and comfy chairs to enjoy a warm fire. Just off the living room are 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms with queen size beds along with a full bathroom that sits conveniently between the 2 bedrooms. There is also a laundry facility available.
