The property owner's favorite thing about the condo is it is a top floor (3rd), end unit, a very private lanai (balcony), no one will be disturbing your morning (looking over at you from an adjacent lanai) as you sip your Kona coffee while soaking in the view to the ocean and Kailua Bay. Look to your right and it is Hualalai Mountain. All you need are your clothes and basic groceries….there are a Costco and other grocery stores 10-20 minutes away.
The kitchen and baths are updated with granite counters and tiled back splashes, the floors are tiled, and the bedrooms are carpeted. All new small appliances, new fridge, new dishwasher, and there is a stacked washer and dryer. Nothing has been left out from the kitchen, right down to the BBQ tools for the garden gas grills.
The master has a queen bed, TV and on-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has twins convertible to a king if you are two couples, a small TV hooked up to a DVD player for the kids. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows, ceiling fans, and additional standing fans.
The modern and understated décor is restful and uncluttered. The living room has a new 49” Smart TV and the murphy bed is a real bed not a fold out sofa. A ceiling fan and additional floor fans help keep the trade winds flowing through out. There is also a front door screen. Or course wifi and basic cable are included as well as local telephone calls.
Sea Village complex features an absolute ocean front pool and spa with incredible views of Kailua Kona! There are four gas barbecues with picnic tables adjacent to the pool, and the grounds are meticulously maintained! The whole complex is very quiet in the evenings. You are in Building 1 which overlooks the garden BBQ, and is near the pool, please note there are no elevators in Sea Village but the stairs are wide and easy to navigate, just 35 steps to your condo. It's only a 1/2 mile north, 10mn walk to Honl Beach Park, great for a picnic and boogie boarding. Another 1/2 mile puts you at the beginning of Kailua-Kona downtown, dining and shopping on Kailua Bay. Your condo is just a 2 mile drive south to Magic Sands Beach a local body surfing favorite and 3.3 miles to Kahalu'u Beach Park known for sea turtle viewing and snorkeling.
You can also enjoy a fresh smoothie or Kona Coffee at the Green Flash Café right on site.
There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas. This is a non-smoking (NOT on the balcony either), no pets property. Hawaii Tax ID: GE / TA 147-900-6208-01
