Nice, quality place, very clean, and gentle walk to downtown area. Enjoyed the Santa Fe feel of the place, nice southwestern accents throughout. Will stay again!

We loved the house but there were some concerns. As noted in reviews the water pressure in the shower is not enough for a really good shower. The weather was cold and the kitchen with no heat was cold. The door to outside had gaps and there was a chill in the air in the kitchen We has some problems with the gas fireplace and had to restart it at times. One of the first nights we were there we could not get it started and it was freezing for our adult daughter who was sleeping in the living room on the pull out couch. That said the location was wonderful and the house itself was lovely. We were grateful that you took dogs and our dog loved the house and walks along the river and into town I also understand that water and water pressure is precious in Santa Fe and that we need to adjust to the water pressure to help save water

Casita Montoya was a nice cute place which our family of 3 loved. We made the reservation at the last second and we were accommodated right away. We literally called when we made it into town and asked about staying for 3 days, and the property was ready within a few hours. Communication was great and we were in the Casita in no time. The place was clean and comfortable, much better than staying in a standard hotel room. The king bed was comfortable as well as the pull out couch. There were plenty of blankets and pillows along with a few robes for us to use. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, cookware, and silverware for our needs. The TV had Netflix and Prime which our daughter enjoyed. The hot tub is a community tub shared among maybe 6 casitas. We used the hot tub all 3 nights and not once had to share with anyone else. The fireplace next to the hot tub is really nice and we used it a few times. The parking is a little tight, but we made it work with our 4-door F-150. The only complaint I would have is the water pressure in the shower is lacking, but not unusable. You will just have to take slightly longer in the shower than normal. We stayed here to go snow skiing which was only about a 35min drive. Overall, we will for sure stay at this property again in the future, it was fun and really made our family trip memorable.

This place is in a great location and very nice. Lots of towels and robes too! Bed is VERY comfortable, great sheets. My only complaint was low water pressure in the shower - I have very thick hair and had to go to a salon for a wash during my visit.
Santa Fe Opera, flea market, galleries, world class restaurants, museums and pueblos are just some of the attractions in and aournd Santa Fe! The city hosts many festivals as well such as Indian Market and Spanish Market.
