Nice, quality place, very clean, and gentle walk to downtown area. Enjoyed the Santa Fe feel of the place, nice southwestern accents throughout. Will stay again!

Reviewer Comments:

This is a great casita in walking distance to the plaza. It's spacious and very comfortable. We used the shared hot tub a few times, which was peaceful and relaxing. My two small negatives are that the shower temperature/pressure was difficult to regulate and that the management company brought a realtor into the casita during our stay. They didn't visit for long (10-20 minutes) but they arrived earlier than disclosed and my fiance felt rushed to straighten up the casita and leave the house (which was a little stressful while getting ready for our wedding that weekend). This seems like a simple logistics snag that could have been prevented by arranging a realtor walk-through post-checkout.

Reviewer Comments:

Great location. Good phone booking agent. Reliable wifi. Comfy pillows. Cozy patio. Quiet compound. Well equipped kitchen. Fridge not noisy. But air conditioners are too weak and noisy. Shower spray is minimal. Window shades are awful. Almost no fresh air flow. Bed is squishy and not supportive. Rooms are dark. And a full wall mirror faces you when sitting on the toilet.

Reviewer Comments:

We thoroughly loved our stay in Santa Fe, but this vacation rental had a few problems. On the good side: the cost was modest, it was very clean, and nearly everything worked OK. On the negative side: there was some minor damage to the wall and bathroom floor that should have been repaired, the CD player did not work well, and the outside patio needed to have the weeds pulled and bushes pruned. The pictures don't quite do justice to the current furnishings.
