Villa Flore is a contemporary home in the heart of Atlanta. The house rests in a canopy of beeches, oaks and poplars, and overlooks a three-acre private nature preserve. An outdoor screened-in porch allows visitors to enjoy the sight and sound of a waterfall and the symphony of owls, wrens and cardinals. Villa Flore is a five-minute walk from the Olmsted linear parks which link up with the Beltline. Besides nature, Atlanta's best restaurants, shops, museums and universities are nearby.

Beautiful modern home in a wooded ravine in a nice neighborhood.
Our family rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for 6 nights in May 2018 while in town for a high school graduation. It worked perfectly for our needs and everyone loved the home’s simple elegance and forested atmosphere. We made some meals and sometimes ordered takeout, especially breakfasts from the nearby Flying Biscuit. The neighborhood Candler Market was a must-visit at least once every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times. The owners even left a Candler Market gift card for us, which was amazing. We would definitely recommend this house and owners and we plan to rent Villa Flore again in 4 years when it’s time for college graduation. Thanks, Naka, for making this unique space available to others to enjoy!
Very nice accommodations and located in a charming area.
Our family enjoyed our stay in a very lovely setting. Very nice neighborhood in a central location.
It was wonderful to host Debbie and her family. They treated the house incredibly well and we really appreciated the lengths they went to leave the house spotless. We were glad the weather was glorious for their stay.
