Ever wanted to stay in a PENTHOUSE? Here is your chance! This east corner, TOP floor unit at beautiful Sanibel is a new rental, and has been completely renovated to be your next beach escape! With a 30 ft. floor to ceiling wall of windows, you will enjoy the unobstructed views this condo has to offer!

Sanibel is located down West Beach Boulevard across the street from the beach, with its own beach access. Sanibel is approximately 2.5 miles West of Highway 59 intersection. At Sanibel, you will feel away from it all….yet you are minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the Hangout!

Located on the 18th floor (Penthouse level) you will walk in and feel at home. As you enter the master bedroom suite is straight ahead. The bedroom hosts a king-size bed, LARGE 47” flat-screen television, an attached bathroom with dual sinks/ a tub/shower combination, and a large closet for hanging and storage. This master bedroom also has its own private balcony that faces Little Lagoon! Enjoy this quiet private retreat, away from the rest of your group!

In the hall, there are two closets for storage, one with a beach cart that will help you easily get all your gear back and forth, for a relaxing day at the beach! The unit also has a full-size washer & dryer for your convenience! As you walk down the hall, bedroom two and three are on your right and left respectively. Bedroom two has a window view to the little lagoon, a queen–size bed, 37” flat screen television / DVD player, an attached bathroom with dual sinks/ a tub/shower combination, and a large closet for hanging and storage. The third bedroom has an east window view to the city of Gulf Shores, and it also captures a view of Little Lagoon, it has a twin-size bed with a twin-size roll out trundle, a 19 “ television with DVD player, an attached bathroom with a single sink/and tub/shower combination, with dual entry from the hallway, and the bedroom, and a large closet for hanging and storage as well.

As you walk down the hall to the living area, the view is breathtaking, the 30 ft. wall of floor to ceiling windows will leave you speechless! Sanibel is across the street from the gulf, and the unobstructed views on this 18th floor Penthouse unit make you feel as though you are sitting directly on the gulf! This large room opens up with a kitchen and dining area to your right, and the living area to your left, the living area also includes a window with an east view to the city of Gulf Shores. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes/small appliances/utensils you might need to whip up a meal during your stay! There are plenty of places to enjoy your meal at the dining table or the bar!

The living area has plenty spots to relax! The queen-size sleeper sofa has an upgraded memory foam/cool gel mattress/ that sleeps 2, this will allow the condo sleeping accommodations for 8 guests! A large 65” flat-screen television and DVD player for your entertainment, as well as an assortment of family board games to enjoy during your stay. The inside is beautiful, yet you will want to step out onto the oversized balcony on this 18th floor corner penthouse unit! It is absolutely the most incredible unobstructed views you have ever seen! To the East, you can see miles down the beach line to the city of Gulf Shores! Infinity views of the Gulf directly in front of you… and to the West you will see miles of coastal shore to the Little Lagoon Pass and Fort Morgan. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise or the memorable sunsets from the balcony, or go take a splash in the outdoor pool, keep up your fitness in the workout room or relax in the sauna.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with us. If i could, I would stay her for a long, long time. My husband passed away this past March and I wanted to get away to the beach to put my feet in the sand, relax, and enjoy the beauty of our creator with my son and family. This was a last minute kind of trip. Since he passed away I would constantly say, " I just want to put my feet in the sand on a beach and relax." My son and family gave me this trip for my 62nd birthday as a surprise. It is a beautiful place and again, thank you for sharing your blessing with others.

The "Pelican Perch" was a very nice vacation place. Very clean and comfortable, and view was amazing. We so enjoyed walking the beach. Already looking forward to next year. Loved every minute of it, wish I had booked two weeks now.

I stayed in the unit for 4 nights with my boyfriend, mother, bother, sister, and 4 year old niece. Everything we needed and more was in the unit. Was great to be able to utilize pool and Beach items along with sand buckets and such with my niece while in Gulf Shores. Cheers and eating area out on the balcony were wonderful to have in the evening so we could relax as a family and not be in front of the television. It was plenty of space. My niece enjoyed running up and down the hallway! The only downside of the whole trip was the bad weather that showed up on our third day. The wind was very strong and caused the railings on the main balcony and balcony off Master Suite to vibrate and make a lot of noise. Don't know if there's any remedy to this but it kept my boyfriend and sister up that night. Also there was confusion about buying parking passes. I bought two for myself and my mother. But we noticed that the majority of the cars parked around the property did not have parking passes. It would have been great to saves $40 if the parking passes weren't necessary. Since it was an offseason month. Also the smaller pool on the pool deck was dirty and full of bugs floating on the top. Overall the place was exceptional and the price range was awesome! Looking forward to coming back in the spring hopefully we can stay in the same unit.

Owner's Response: Dear Christina, Thank you so much for staying with us apologize for the noise caused by the high winds, unfortunately that is an act of mother nature that we cannot control and varies on the strength of the wind. We are assuming the bugs in the kiddie pool were brought in by the wind from the storm as well, as we have never been made aware of that problem in the pool before. And last but not least the parking passes. Parking passes are required for all Vehicles. For GUEST VEHICLES, they must have a parking pass displayed on the vehicle dash which are easy to see for the security guard. The OWNER RESIDENTS have a windshield decal which display their unit numbers which would explain why you did not see parking passes on the dashes of all cars creating confusion. When you return for your next visit we will be happy to provide parking passes for you at no additional cost. Please remind us when you call to book your next stay at Sanibel unit 1806. We appreciate so much that you spent your vacation with us, and just a feel free to call us at the onset of any problem so we can address it immediately, it's your vacation and we want you to have a great one! Thank you again. ALBVR.
