ABOUT THE CABIN
Vaulted ceilings and timber logs greet you in the living room, where a stone wood burning fireplace takes center stage. Two sofas, a love seat, and a recliner offer plenty of space to kick back and relax with a movie on the 50” TV.
There's room for more than one cook in this spectacular kitchen. Amenities include a gas range, double oven, French door fridge, and a double sink. A classic wood dining table seats six below a handsome wrought iron chandelier.
The carpeted master bedroom awaits on the ground floor with a comfy king-size bed and access to the back deck. The tiled en-suite bath has a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a bidet toilet.
The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs. The first room has four twin beds plus a sofa. Two additional bedrooms have a full-size and a queen-size bed, respectively. You’ll love the classic quilts that make these beds extra-cozy.
Another living room upstairs offers a sofa and a 30” TV. A spacious bathroom has a tub/shower combination and lovely tile work.
Outside, a large wooded backyard holds your own private hot tub for soaks beneath the stars. A deck has extra seating and a BBQ propane grill.
Extras at the property include laundry facilities and garage/driveway parking for a maximum of two cars.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If a hot tub is available, there can be no use after 10 PM. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed unless specifically noted in listing. The city of South Lake Tahoe does not allow any street parking. 1 car can park in the garage and 1 in the driveway.
