Exceptional views apartment in the heart of St Julians at Balluta Bay. The apartment is situated in St Julains Promenade enjoying the exquisite views of Balluta Bay and all its life.
As for the apartment it is situated on the 5th floor served with lift, it has a spacious hall way at the entrance which flows to the very spacious living and sitting area. The living area then leads to a balcony where one can enjoy such beautiful views and sit outside enjoying the sun. The living area comes fully air conditioned.
Furthermore, one can find a separate kitchen which comes fully equipped for those how prefer to cook out their own meals with both microwave oven and dishwasher.
As for the bedrooms, the apartment has 4 spacious bedrooms. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom at the back, all fully air-conditioned and a twin bed bedroom on the front.
Also the apartment comes fully equipped when coming to the bathrooms. It has one full bathroom with shower closure, and another one with a bath tub and shower. It also has a 3rd one which has only a wc with sink.
We provide towels and linen and also we do supply on complimentary basis cable tv and wifi internet.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

We loved this listing
Five of us stayed very comfortably in this apartment in St. Julian's. It is large, airy, full of gorgeous Mediterranean light, and equipped with what travelers need. The lift came in very handy as we were on the 5th floor. The apartment's location could not have been more perfect for our needs. There are so many good restaurants within easy walking distance of Neptune's Court, the bus stops were very close by, and we were able to get anywhere we wanted to go while on Malta with little trouble from this location. The rental office staff are superb, very responsive to our issues even when we had to make changes at the last minute. And the view from the balcony was wonderful, made all the better when the bells at the nearby church pealed to announce services or the hours. I cannot imagine a better apartment or location, or kind support from the staff. And all of us would highly recommend trying Scappi's restaurant, immediately next door to the apartment, especially for breakfast.

a beautiful apartment, spacious, clean, central and with a view right on the bay. The service is excellent and absolutely safe. The kitchen has everything you need to cook something, wifi works without problems, the beds are comfortable and the tv takes international channels.

Till a few years ago , St Julians was a quiet fishing village. Nowadays development has changed it completely and it spreads all round St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, and Balluta Bay.. Most of the elegant houses along the shore line have gone to be replaced by blocks of apartments, restaurants, bars , cafes and hotels. The roads leading to St Julians village (now a town) proper remain largely untouched. The best preserved are in the area of Balluta Bay. A few villas with beautiful facades and large gardens. One villa has been converted into a restaurant forming part of Le Meridien Hotel. There is also the large neo-gothic Carmelite Chuch in the midst of small houses that used to be summer residences for the rich Valletta residents. There is a large block of apartments built in the art nouveau style overlooking the square where you can sit and have a coffe or drink and watch the world go by.
Back in picturesque Spinola Bay there are still a number of old boat houses belonging to the fishermen that still remain with their traditional fishing boats sheltering in the bay. Some boat houses have been converted into restaurants which are quieter and romantic. The bay is particularly lovely in the evenings with the lights of the restaurants and street lighting reflecting in the calm water of the bay. On the other side of the bay is the promenade (very popular) which goes all the way to Sliema and beyond. Ideal for an evening stroll or to sit at a bar/cafe and people watch.
Up the hill you will find Portomaso - a private yacht marina with restaurants and bars, a shopping complex and apartments (all very upmarket) with a lovely atmosphere. Nearby is the Hilton. There are a number of 5* hotels - all overlooking the sea on the coast north of Paceville. There is also a Casino at the Dragonara and another at Portomaso .
Saint Julian's is a popular vacation spot on the coast of Malta. The small town successfully blends its fishing village charm with its tourist center. Latin architecture, such as Spinola Palace, built in 1688, and the Old Parish Church are popular historical sites. Divers will enjoy exploring shipwrecks via the Divewise Center. The renovated Paceville district, a former military haunt in the 1930s, is now the hub of Saint Julian's nightlife with an array of restaurants, bars, and clubs.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season. Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival. Alternatively, the reservation can be made via homeaway family site/s. Please do note that once this option is selected there will be a 3% booking fee added to the quote due to site processing fees. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit. Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities - 200KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
