.....DECK Furnishings are extensive with Lounge Chairs, Regular Straight Back Chairs, Adirondack Charis, Lifeguard Chairs, Tables & Umbrellas. All chairs are cushioned. There is a Pergola, Cook Area, Sitting Area & Covered Area off the Kitchen for gathering surrounded by magnolia, red tops, yupons plus much more. There are several pergola areas on the beach side surrounded by palms, flowering oleanders, & other tropical plants with Caribbean and Mediterranean views offering a Coastal Casual Atmosphere.

With Living Area, Kitchen & Bedrooms all on one (1) level, there is plenty of walk around spaces. All rooms have their own HDTV.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed with attached bathroom, a walk-in closet area with dressing area also attached. Extra table space is provided as computer work top. View the beach from this bedroom.

The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a Desk. View the Gulf from the bedroom. This room attaches through a hallway to the full bathroom shared with the 3rd bedroom.

The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Full (Double) Beds and is ideal for children, teenagers or singles. It attaches through a hallway to the full bathroom shared with the 2nd bedroom.

The 4th Bedroom (Studio) is similar to another Master Bedroom. It attaches to its' own bathroom and has a Queen Bed. A sitting area with bar provides extra workspace. The small kitchen has an extra oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toaster & coffee maker. Ideal for extra privacy & wonderful garden views.

Private off-street parking for up to 4 average sized vehicles is provided, restrictions apply, please inquire 1st. Other outdoor amenities include Private Pergola Hot Shower/Bench with Removable shower head & hose & Gas Grill.

The entire property including the beach, street and sides of house are completely fenced and gated for privacy. Enter through the street side board walk complete with sitting benches, colorful pergolas, fencing and fancy gates. Walk through the entry gardens into the pergola walkway where decks abound.

Walk or bike the 20+ mile off road trail and view the plentiful 'unique one of a kind' brackish lakes along the way, grab lunch and enjoy 30A Scenic Highway; or rent a kayak, paddle board, or stay home and watch the Gulf of Mexico come alive right in front of you. Enjoy the many restaurants or cook at home, use the gas grill, buy fresh seafood 5 minutes away, go fish.

My home is on the cul-de-sac of Blue Mountain Rd in the original Blue Mountain Beach Community directly on the Gulf of Mexico with 85 foot wide private beach and overlooks Grayton Beach State Park.

Why Sherry chose Beaches of South Walton

When I left northern California and the beauty of homes directly overlooking the Pacific Ocean, I had a place in my mind where I could always visit and reach a point of total peacefulness. When I accidentally drove up to my home while staying in Navarre, I saw a "for sale" sign, got out and walked around to the beach side of the home. I fell in love and knew it was to be mine forever. I thought it was de ja vue overlooking this big blue body of water with pure white sand. There was a home for me and my special place of relaxation for life! I wish to share the joy it gives to me!

Walk out your door and view wildlife and tropical gardens without leaving home! Private & Exclusive Single Family Neighborhood. Grocery Store is 5 minutes from home. Reservations or "Auto BOOKINGS" will not be honored unless actual usage is fully described in email or when booking.
