ABOUT THE HOUSE
After a day on the hiking trails or ski slopes, cook hearty meals in a kitchen with granite countertops and a gas range. Catch the news on the flat screen TV, and chat with your group at the breakfast bar with seating for three. A pinewood dining table seats six.
Or, fire up the gas grill on the back deck, where there’s seating for four around an outdoor dining table.
Unwind on your southern-style covered front porch with seating for four and neighborhood views.
Knotty pine walls and soft carpets bring a homey feel to the living area with a gas fireplace, 46” wall-mounted TV, couch, and two leather chairs.
The house has three bedrooms with sleeping space for up to eight guests. The spacious second-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, fireplace, 35" flat screen TV, sitting bench, and armchair. A large en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub and separate shower.
A second bedroom features two queen-size beds, access to the backyard, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private deck on the 2nd floor.
Amenities include a washer/dryer and parking space for two vehicles.
The slopes of Heavenly are just 6 miles from your front door. Spend the day on fresh powder, then head down the mountain for dinner. In the evenings, roll dice in a Stateline casino (less than 6 miles away).
In the warmer months, cycle to the beach at Camp Richardson. Head out on the lake in a kayak or rental boat. You’re 4 miles from Fallen Leaf Lake, an alpine beauty spot.
You’re less than 1 mile from a range of eateries. If you feel like cooking at home, the nearest grocery store is 1.3 miles away.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If a hot tub is available, there can be no use after 10 PM. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed unless specifically noted in the listing.
