Oceanside is perfectly located between San Diego and LA. This makes it the perfect home base to discover Southern CA. The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World are about an hour's drive. Legoland is the next city South, Carlsbad, and Disneyland is about an 1 1/2 hour drive north.
