About the property


This condo is recently remodeled and located in wonderful beachfront community, San Miguel II. This unit is a 1006 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo. It has ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. You can see north to the 2 Oceanside jetties and south you can see the pier and along the southern CA coast. Unit #10 is an upstairs unit.

Recently updated flooring, new appliances and all new furnishings. There is a smart television in the living room and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has a television also. There is a gas powered fireplace in the living room. The living room has remote controlled window solar shades. It will block out the afternoon sun without blocking out the view!!

This unit has a very comfortable home feel. We have a kitchen stocked with everyday pots, pans, dishes and small appliances. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the unit.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in closet. The guest room has 2 twin beds and the living room has a sofa pullout queen bed. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos.

There are 2 assigned garage parking spots. The community has 2 spas. You are steps from the beach and all the Oceanside Downtown action.

San Miguel II is located block north of the Oceanside pier. This condo is perfectly located at the beach and walking distance to the train station also. The station has North/ South links and east bound access.

Oceanside is perfectly located between San Diego and LA. This makes it the perfect home base to discover Southern CA. The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World are about an hour's drive. Legoland is the next city South, Carlsbad, and Disneyland is about an 1 1/2 hour drive north.

Immaculate Quality, Simply Amazing.

My small family stayed here for 30 days while in transition for a big move. The accommodations were simply amazing. Of all the potential coastal units in North County, this particular unit has the best view, hands down. While standing on the balcony, which is just off the kitchen, you can clearly see whitewater views from the southern-most point to the northern-most point of Oceanside right out in front of you. The property is fully secured with multiple gate-code entry points and secured underground parking spaces that are side-by-side.

The inside of the unit is brand-new -- like brand, brand new. The master has a super fancy king sized bed with the best 5-star hotel pillows you will ever use! There is new tile throughout, new carpet, new ceiling fans, new kitchen appliances, new fireplace surround, new paint, and tastefully decorated furniture -- it's awesome. The kitchen has every gadget and tool you will need for your entire stay. The master has a large walk-in closet and the other bedroom has plenty of storage space as well.

During out stay we walked on the ocean pier (the longest in California) multiple times, walked to the Thursday Night Market, walked to a nearby kids park, walked to the harbor, and went on countless nature hikes. All of these destinations took 2-10 minutes to walk to at most. The beach is pristine with miles of sand and space to roam in either direction, and its right out front! Honestly, we've stayed just about everywhere and this place ranks among the very best of them.

The grounds of the property are exceptionally well-kept and secure. It felt like we were in a happy "bubble" then entire time. Meaning, there is zero riff-raff or unsavory characters to contend with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, even with a young family. The unit can easily hold 4-5 people without feeling too cramped.
