The unit features tile floors throughout the entire condo. The kitchen has been remodeled and contains new quartz counters, new sink/fixtures, high quality/new stainless steel appliances (including stove, with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stacked laundry center). The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and numerous small appliances (e.g., coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, electric tea pot, toaster, blender, rice cooker, etc.) for guests to prepare and serve meals, saving funds for the multitude of other activities and adventures available on Maui. For those who prefer to eat meals out, there are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance or very short drives. There are many renowned restaurants and chefs to pick from throughout Maui!
The unit's two seat breakfast bar, four seat dining set, comfortable couch, and large wall mounted flat screen Smart HD TV (with separate blue-ray player) provide guests with a place to rest and relax between other Maui activities. Guests can choose to cool off using the high-end air conditioning system or open the condo's many windows to enjoy wonderful views and ocean breezes. Guests have access to cable TV, Internet, and phone service within the condo.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, individual air conditioning controls, a wall mounted flat screen TV, plenty of dresser space, and a remodeled/expanded master bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, brightly lit vanity, and extra closet space. The second bedroom features a queen bed, closet/dresser space, individual air conditioning controls, and convenient access to the hallway guest bathroom, including a shower/tub combination and lovely bathroom renovations.
The unit comes with assigned parking space #13 that will best accommodate a compact size car. The Pacific Shores complex features a lovely pool and hot tub. The gated pool area includes lounge chairs, dining tables/chairs, multiple gas barbecue grills, and renovated bathroom/shower facilities. The complex features an elevator in each building (and our unit is on the second floor, near both the stairs and elevator). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ELEVATOR IS NOW SCHEDULED TO BE UPGRADED IN THE DECEMBER 2018 THROUGH JANUARY 2019 TIME FRAME (EXACT DATES TBD). The complex is located across from Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach Park I where visitors can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and other fun in the sun on these beautiful white sand beaches. Beach park facilities include a lifeguard station, bathrooms, outdoor shower facilities, a volleyball area, and some tables. Other excellent beaches are only a short walk or drive away, where guests can also rent gear (surf boards, paddle boards, etc.) and arrange for lessons to improve their skills! The owners of this condo supply guests with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and some beach toys.
Please note that all guests of Pacific Shores must be registered prior to arrival. Information required for registration will be coordinated in advance of your stay. For your safety, the Pacific Shores complex is monitored by on-site security during specific hours. All guests must comply with Pacific Shores House Rules, intended to ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests and residents of Pacific Shores. Smoking is prohibited in the condo, on the lanai, and in resort common areas (except in limited designated, outside smoking areas within the complex).
Owners have engaged a local management company, known as Owner Direct Property Management, to assist with the management and maintenance of this condo and to serve as the contact point for guests during their stay on Maui. Contact information for this Property Management company will be provided prior to the guest's arrival.
As guests plan their vacation in paradise, they are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance addressing potential issues such as trip interruption, loss or damage to personal items, etc. We want all guests to have a pleasurable experience, even if unanticipated issues should occur.
