Beautifully appointed penthouse suite located in James Bay. Spectacular views of Victoria harbour through the 14 foot windows. Just a short walk to Fisherman's wharf. Aproximately 10 minutes walk to downtown.

Master suite with private bath which can be closed off for privacy. Murphy bed for other guests with access to separate bath. Fully appointed kitchen, hardwood floors. Sit on one of two decks and bask in the morning sun as you watch the float planes, ferries and smaller boats come and go. Gas grill right outside kitchen door. Excellent fish store right next door.

PLEASE NOTE. TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED

NOTE: Harbor planes take off daily about 7 a.m. On Sunday mornings they take off about 8 a.m.

Decent place, too bad management was rude and incompetent... and SCAMMED my deposit

When I leave a substantial cleaning deposit, (on top of a damage deposit) i expect for that cleaning deposit to be used for cleaning. I expect NOT to have to hire an additional cleaner before I leave... well, I left the kitchen a mess, and I got talked to so rudely by management for leaving it a mess, that I was deducted almost half my damage deposit ON TOP of my cleaning deposit.

If I hadn't left a cleaning deposit (that was about about 4x more expensive then it would have actually taken a cleaner I could have hired to do the job) I would have cleaned up before I left, THAT is the point of paying a cleaning deposit.

On top of that, I was spoken to so rudely by the management, and all of this happened AFTER I had over a week of jackhammer construction noise in the unit directly next door that management apparently had NO IDEA about... believe me, 4-5 hours of shouting level jackhammer noise starting at 8:30am in the morning is enough to ruin your vacation pretty quick.

Even after suffering this poor management, I still had my damage deposit scammed. BE CAREFUL with this one, you don't know what you're getting. The owners should probably hire new management on this unit, because the unit itself is not too bad.

Owner's Response: Mr R .arranged to rent my unit through a third party for the months of October and November. During the month of November a next door unit remodelled their bathroom which resulted in a lot of jack hammering. Mr R. was understandably upset as it was constant for most of the day. I was informed of this on Nov 22 and apparently it had been ongoing for 5 days. Mr R. wanted to cancel the rest of his stay and I agreed to reimburse him for 10 days which he agreed to.He neglected to mention this and also neglected to mention he left 17 bags of garbage on the patio, plus a lot of clothing, 9 bags in all including dirty underwear.??? Essentially a pig! Broke most of the wine glasses, left empty liquor bottles all over including under the bathroom sink? Lots of rotten food in the refrigerator and generally left the unit a pigsty. Why any self respecting person would do this is a mystery. If other owners read this beware of Mr R.

Very convenient

Apartment is very convenient for enjoying all Victoria has to offer - not big but very comfortable and well stocked with essentials. We have used this apartment for visits over several years and plan to return in the future.

excellent value

This condo was more than I expected in every way. The view is fabulous and the condo itself is roomy and modern, It has everything you can want supplied, and it is all good quality. There is ,lots to do right nearby, and yet it's quiet. I would rent this again in a minute!
