Very spacious! The neighborhood is adorable. The host was very kind and made sure we were well accommodated for. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay!
It was in general Very good, but some details should be work out
I considering my staying at this property very good. The ownwer very nice person. However I consider that some details about the property should be improved: In the description of the property should be mentioned that there is not Air Conditioning and Parking is difficult because there is not a spot that belongs to the house . We had found small things like the kitchen sink was clogged, and even when Frank offer to send somebody to repair it, we just couldn't find the right time to do it. Also there is a problem with ants in the kitchen that should be taking care of.
By the other hand, great location, a grocery store right in front of the property and near to restaurants and supermarkets.
Great location, crashpad for exploring North Park and San Diego
The location couldn't be better. It's a very short walk from a number of microbreweries, brewpubs, coffee shops, and restaurants.
The house itself has 3 private bedrooms, with the bathroom shared between two, and a private bath for the other. There is also a futon in the living room if needed. It also has a nice back deck for relaxing in the evening. The owner is really nice. It's not luxurious, but if you're staying here, you won't want to spend your time indoors -- you'll be drawn out into the vibrant neighborhood around you and the perfect San Diego weather. This is the perfect home base for seeing what San Diego really has to offer outside of the usual tourist spots.
