This exclusive 1 bedroom/1 bath in the charming South Oceanside Beach Community has incredible white water ocean views with the sound & smell of the salty sea air. This unit accommodates a maximum of four people. We provide everything you need to spend the day in the sun, sea and sand- beach chairs & towels, umbrella, surf & body boards, kid's beach toys and bikes to cruise around the city. With our year round sunny climate, and average temperature of 70 degrees, every day is a beach day!

Welcome to our relaxing community and charming beach rentals. A remarkable combination of urban pleasures like boutiques, galleries, museums and restaurants with surrounding natural splendor. With only five rentals on the property, it is a peaceful haven to enjoy your stay. The interior is sunny with ocean views, spacious with a walk in closet and a back patio off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped but if you need anything just let us know. All units have a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu & YouTube capabilities. There is a gate off the sidewalk that leads to the back patio to hose off your sandy toes, there is also a hose at the front entrance. There is a great central courtyard with seating to sit back and enjoy the view. We have a gas BBQ and supply all the utensils. There is a laundry room with 2 coin operated washers/dryers with an iron & ironing board for your convenience. Enjoy sun and surf, walk to the Oceanside Pier and harbor, farmers market, great restaurants, and downtown entertainment.

There is street parking in front of the unit. You can also park in front of Garage D in the back of the building.

We are 10 blocks from the Oceanside Transit Center @235 S Tremont St., trains run daily north to Santa Barbara and south to downtown San Diego. Buses run 3 blocks east on the Coast Highway. More (EMAIL HIDDEN) . We are less than to 2 miles from Interstate 5. Oceanside is situated between metro San Diego and Los Angeles with close proximity to Legoland, Disneyland and the world-famous San Diego Zoo.

You get what you pay for.

First off the price was great.The place was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. The train noise is louder on this side of the pier but I was able to sleep through it. The pull out queen is uncomfortable and you feel the springs poking your back. The bed in the room was comfortable. The picture of the little beach area isn't what it looks like now. Now its a rocky slope. Still a great view but you cant just chill on the beach with the kids. That area was the main reason I wanted to stay since we had a 5 yo and an 12 yo. There is no washer and dryer or ironing board in the place you have to go to another apartment. The beach towels and boogie boards are cheap. I would recommend to bring your own beach towels, boogie boards, and blow up mattress and blankets. The owner responded to all my questions and concerns right away. Overall place is clean, I had what I needed, the owner responded quickly, got my deposit back quickly. There is beach to play on, restaurants, and stores all very close. To improve my stay I would recommend to replace the pull out bed, update your beach picture, install a washer in dryer, ironing board in that big closet for more conveniebce and add a light to that closet.

Great place for a small family

This cozy little spot is perfectly situated for quick access to local beaches and public transportation. There are a few things that are cosmetic that could be improved, but overall, it's a great place to sleep, shower and fix quick meals between adventures. The owners are very responsive to emails and calls. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.
