Great fall break with the family
We had a great trip! Awesome location and tons of room to spread out. Can’t wait to come back :)
We are pleased to hear your family had a wonderful fall break. We think our condo is a great location on 30A and proud of the space it has for families.
Looking forward to having your family visit us again soon.

We hope you visit us again.
Beautiful place to vacation
The place was very beautiful, perfect for our family. Had a problem with a door knob and they had someone there immediately. We had 8 of us in our family and there was plenty of kitchen utensils to make outlet dinners and was close to shopping, food and beach. Loved it!!
Hello Jana! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the property! We are so glad this condo had everything you needed to make your vacation perfect! It seems as though you really found your home away from home this summer. Come back and see us again next year!
Nice, but could use a little attention
The condo was nice inside and for the most part clean. We did find a few things that needed attention. There was hair in the bed and dirty dishes and well as several VERY necessary utensils missing (measuring spoons, a whisk, etc). Some molded utensils as well. The unrealistic part, 2 small skillets for cooking. When there's 7 people and your cooking breakfast in a 6 inch and 10 inch skillet, you eat a lot of cold food. The community was not very friendly either, being that the maintenance guy cursed out (yes, cursed out) my daughter who was apologetic for leaving her and her friends bikes in the hallway. They are teens. Asking nicely would have done the trick. And blaming kids for you having to leave the pool because they came to hang out and have a swim and you can no longer relax, (maintenance guys wife). Makes me wonder if I'm in a 55 and over community. This is Spring Break, you know there's going to be a lot of kids. You gotta roll with it or don't except spring breakers. We did stay in this community before (Seagrove Highlands) and never had an issue. This go around, not so pleasant. I don't know that the condo owner is aware of the condo/complex issues, but they might to look at changing management companies.
Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. We did receive a report from the HOA stating that 10 bikes were in the hallway outside of the condo. Due to regulations put in place by the fire marshall the HOA did request that the bikes get moved to the designated bike racks. We apologize that you were unable to keep them in the location of your choosing. The community is family friendly but asks that all children, and teenagers, are supervised when using the amenities. We hope that you choose to come back to the Emerald Coast on your next family vacation.
