Located atop the newly remodeled Imperial Hotel at the Waikiki Beach Walk! New salt water rooftop pool at your fingertips! Nightly rate $225 (does not include taxes & clean out fee) Headline specials will be adjusted to the special price for your dates once you inquire. AMAZING RENTAL: 27th floor penthouse, 100 steps to the beach. Right at the Beach Walk District! Large lanai with ocean and city views. This unit was totally renovated. It has imported Italian granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, cherry cabinets, solid wood doors and trim and high quality appliances and fixtures.

There are two flat screen TVs in both living room and bedroom. Living room has DVD player. The hotel provides free high speed internet and we have a small safe for your valuables. The kitchen is well stocked. Free early check in and late check out PROVIDING THERE IS NOT A BACK TO BACK BOOKING. As of 4/2017 there are 4 beach chairs in entry closet.

We love the location of The Imperial of Waikiki because it is in the middle of the best shopping, restaurants and beaches in Hawaii ! This is penthouse luxury at a regular hotel price! Come live and play in beautiful Waikiki!

HOTEL FEATURES: Amenities include activity desk, 24 hour check in, bell service etc. You will have access to the owner's lounge one floor below the penthouse at no extra charge. The owner's lounge has all the comforts of home as well as a large deck with breathtaking views. There is also a coin operated laundry facility on the second floor and towel/bedding exchange on the third floor. There are also two hot tubs located on 3rd floor. Those calling you on the unit phone need to go through the front desk operator. VALET PARKING IS AVAILABLE directly through the hotel. Simply let them know when you arrive and then pay them upon check out. ($20 per night or $100 per week plus tax) MAID SERVICE during your stay is also available directly through the hotel @ $39 per clean. PLEASE NOTE: The larger penthouse next door is a lounge & wedding reception hall. There is rarely a problem with noise but we can't guarantee it will never happen. WE NOW ACCEPT PAY PAL PAYMENTS!

Damage deposit: $285 may be taken upon check-out if any unusual (non wear & tear) damage occurs. If wanting just 1 or 2 nights damage fee (if occurs) may be higher.

About Cindy Brookbank

We purchased the penthouse in 2006 and quickly went to work gutting and refurbishing it from top to bottom. We carefully made it to our tastes, as our home away from home and hope you will feel the same way. We come stay here ourselves a few times a year and continue to perform upgrades as needed as well as cleaning and maintenance, above and beyond that which the hotel provides.

We have just had to raise our rate a little for the first time in the ten years we have been sharing it with others. We hope you will understand and appreciate that this unit is still a great value. Just read our reviews and you will see! We are still able to provide an appreciative discount to our return renters at this time.

Wow, just amazing

What a fantastic find this apartmnet was, knowing Waikiki & surroundings, I couldn't believe this was going to be as good as it was, it was even better than advertised. The apartment kitchen had more in it than my kitchen at home, the view of the night lights from the sofa was fantastic, we never closed the curtains. Faultless. Thank you Cindy once again for your hospitality. Will be back next year.

Thank you CIndy for making this penthouse available for us. From the extremely helpful front desk to the time you walk in the door it is as per all previous reviews . Fantastic inclusions and everything you need in an apartment . The added bonus is the owners lounge with its fantastic views and a great way to meet travellers from all over the world.We have found our permanent Waikiki home away from home.

Can't go wrong here!!

Thanks again Cindy for providing us with a wonder stay and a seamless booking process.

If this unit ever comes up for sale we wanna be 1st in line......absolutely love this place!

We really enjoy the benefits of the owners lounge especially on a friday night when the fireworks show is on....what a view!! Since our last visit we like the renovations the hotel has done and couldn't fault the staff....very friendly and helpful......I think it's called the Aloha spirit!

We'll be in touch when we get the chance to return to paradise!!

Totally Awesome!!!

We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son at HPU. The sunset from the bar next door was incredible and we have spent more time in the pool than ever before thanks to the private entrance (what a treat!). Last year we stayed near diamond head and it was overrun with kids celebrating graduation...this has been a much better and relaxing experience for the almost the same price. The staff service has been awesome and there are so many great restaurants within 2-3 block walk. We especially LOVED Giovanni Pastrami down the street!!! Thank you so much for sharing your special Oahu retreat!

We're only 100 steps to the beach, located in the best location in Waikiki with the finest restaurants just steps away. The International Marketplace and Convention Center are also within walking distance. Other activities include parasailing, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, jet skiing, fishing, biking, wind surfing, boating, swimming, diving and golfing. There are cinemas and a nearby aquarium. The Botanical Garden is just 4mi away and Iolani Palace just 5mi. We are 10mi from the Honolulu Airport and 14mi from Pearl Harbor. This is a luxurious penthouse unit at a regular hotel price!
