Quiet.Clean, & Peaceful

  • 5 of 5

We recently rented this amazingly peaceful guest house due to it's convenient location to my son and daughter-in-law (who also live in Hidden Meadows) and I must say we were not all disappointed. The guest house was very clean and very well appointed and the views were amazing. The four of us (all women) were to be attending my daughter-in-laws baby shower but expectantly turned into the early birth of my beautiful new granddaughter. Susan was just the sweetest thing ever and very supportive to our situation. It was if we had lived next-door and not a guest in her guest house. She stayed in contact during the weekend and we cannot thank her enough for her kindness. Would not hesitate to book her guest house again.

Thank you so much Susan!!!

Very nice

  • 5 of 5

Really nice small home in rural Escondido. The location is beautiful. Out in the country with great views of open country, lots of hills and valleys. Extremely peaceful and quiet, great for sleeping. The home is well-appointed with plenty of kitchen stuff and other necessaries (e.g., towels). We really enjoyed staying here four nights including New Year's Eve. The owners (who are very nice and who live right next door) warned us about it being best to arrive in daylight and they were right - it is not too difficult to take wrong turns in this semi-rural location, especially at night. But once you have made it there once you won't get lost on the way out or when you return.

Beautiful, very quiet, spacious home with awesome views

  • 5 of 5

Rented this guest home for one week while visiting family in Escondido. It is very well kept and very clean. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry rooms are stocked with every needed essential. The hosts are awesome! Because the home is off the main highway, be sure and arrive before dark on check in day ;)

Great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

This was the second time this year we stayed in the guest house and it is a wonderful place. Comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, fabulous deck and view.... We used to live in Escondido not far from this guest house so it was like coming home again. We'll be staying here again.

Beautiful and quiet setting.

  • 5 of 5

First, the guest house is immaculate and very well appointed. Dishwasher in the kitchen and high quality pots and pans. Large new Sony Bravia HDTV with satellite connection in the living room. We arrived a little late, but Susan had provided us with food, Orange juice and mostly importantly decent coffee for breakfast the next morning. The Guest house faces directly into the bordering Daley Ranch which is a 3,000 acre conservation area. Besides being peaceful and quiet, we were able to be around the local wildlife such as rabbits,Coyotes and numerous birds. The night skies are equally impressive. This one one of the best VRBO rentals of the many we have rented in US, Europe, Mexico or South America.
