This flat (apartment) was not purchased for rental, it was our home for 10 years and we loved it there. It is a Georgian flat built in 1890 and retains many period features. There are no personal belongings in the flat now - it would be entirely yours. Its a great area - so central for everything going on in Edinburgh. Entrance to the flat is via a main door off the street and is on the ground floor so there is no communal/shared space with the other flats which makes this place feel like a house rather than a flat. There are 2 large double bedrooms, each with queen sized beds (UK king size; 152cm x 200cm) and very comfortable high quality mattresses. There is a queen size premium air bed (152cm x 200cm x 48cm) which can be positioned in a variety of places in the flat. It has an internal electric pump which inflates the bed in under 3 minutes. With it being 48cm high it is like a normal bed so is easy to get in and out of. It is a very comfortable bed. Both bedrooms have cupboards, drawers and bedside units for use. In addition there is a walk in wardrobe with lots of hanging space, shoes racks & shelves. The living room is a large bay windowed room with a 42" plasma TV, DVD player, freeview TV box, surround sound speaker system and a leather sofa and armchair to relax in. The kitchen is large with a dining area complete with table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has everything you could need - oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, fridge freezer, crockery, utensils, pots & pans, essentials (oil, butter, sugar, salt, pepper, etc). There is 1 bathroom which has a bath and a shower.
You would have free use of the entire property.
