You will be pleasantly surprised to discover this spacious condo which feels more like a house. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the living room overlook a 3 acre park-like setting. Sitting on the leather couch enjoying hot cocoa or perhaps a glass of wine, you can look up and see the skiers descending to town.
Convenient and centrally located, the condo offers easy access to a plethora of fun activities. The ski lift is directly across the street about 100 yards from the condo. Hop on an extensive network of Nordic trails on the valley floor which begin one block to the East or enjoy the ballet at the Palm Theater across the street to the north.
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully appointed with high-quality bedding and furniture (Ralph Lauren, Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn). Wake up to the morning light and sweeping views of Ajax and Ballard Peaks as well as Ingram Falls. The upper bedroom has a perfect view of the ski area.
Enjoy entertaining in the large kitchen with seating and settings for 12. Need milk? No problem. The grocery store is just down the hallway and you could go there in your pajamas as I often do.
Plaster walls throughout create a relaxing, warm ambiance. Other finishes include wool carpets in 2 bedrooms, maple floors, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. There is a steam shower to enjoy after a long day of skiing.
The split-level floor plan offers a larger group peace and privacy. Upstairs, there is a TV/game room stocked with plenty of games and books……a great space for kids to escape parents and visa versa. There is a second flat screen TV in the main living area. With approximately 1450 sq ft, this is one of the larger 3BR units available and can sleep 8 without using the living room.

I've been all over the world, and there is no place like Telluride. I was originally looking to buy a house because I find most condos small and dark. But when I saw this particular unit, I changed my mind. It has tons of light with excellent views and very few adjoining walls so it feels more like a house. The complex is extremely unique in that it has 3 acres of landscaped open space. This is unheard of in a town where land is so valuable. The location can't be beat with the lifts across the street, grocery store down the hall, nordic trails 200 yds away, river trail 100 yds away.......everything within walking distance.

Carrie is a very attentive host. Place has been updated. Great sleeping arrangements for family - room to spread out and enjoy it has a home away from home. Nice kitchen and appliances with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. for in-home dining. Loved the fireplace and washer/dryer. Just a short walk down the hallway to Clark's Market and short walk to Lift 7. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time; the owner was very easy to work with and the place was great.
Carrie's condo is beautiful, has an awesome location and is very well equipped. We had a great time in Telluride, loved the hikes, walks along the river trail, the children's section in the library, gondola ride at sunset, and spending time with our family. We had my 1 and 3 year old granddaughters with us and Carrie provided a pack and play for the 1 year old which was greatly appreciated. I think we hit the peak of the fall colors and it was incredible.

Our trip to Telluride was all the more enjoyable for staying in this condo. Great location and very close to the supermarket which was a real convenience. Just a short walk to downtown and it's many shops, restaurants etc. Carrie was super helpful and always quick to respond when we had a question. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great spot right at the base of the mountain
Plenty of room for four adults, nice large kitchen with everything we needed. Convenient walk to main street.

Payments are non-refundable. Prices depend on exact dates and number of days you are staying, so pricing will vary from the general pricing I have entered into this system. A $1000 damage deposit is due upon arrival. I have a simple one-page rental agreement which must accompany payment. Weekly rates are for Saturday to Saturday. Best to call and discuss. Clean fee may apply
