Join us in quiet Belleair Beach where you can relax in comfort in this one bedroom/one bathroom Gulf-front condo, updated with a new sleeper sofa. The bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed with a full length mirror and two nightstands. Porcelain tile wood flooring, white quartz counter tops, glass cook-top burner, and new white appliances adorn the eat-in kitchen. The condo is located on the bottom floor near the elevator and ramp for easy access to parking. Resting just 35ft from the unit is a heated pool, which faces the Gulf of Mexico––perfect for wearing the kids out after a long day of exploring Gulf Blvd. or simply relaxing. Feel free to utilize all we have to offer: Gulf beach frontage, usage of gas grills, lounge chairs, ice machine, and laundry on the 3rd floor.

Don’t forget to hop on the Jolley Trolley, or the Suncoast Trolley, which runs directly in front of the building! The trolley can take you to Clearwater Beach, Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, and St. Pete Beach. We are less than 10 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium housing the dolphins Winter and Hope from the film “Dolphin Tale 1 & 2,” and less than an hour from Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall, and 20 minutes from the St. Pete/ Clearwater airport-PIE.

The unit comes with free basic Cable, 42" Samsung LED TV in bedroom and LED TV w/cable in living room. There is free WIFI Internet throughout the entire unit as well as outside near the pool area.

If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Columbia Cuban, Frenchy’s Rockaway Seafood Grill, Island Way grill, Salt Rock Grille, Crabby bill, Gondolier Pizza, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Marlin Darlin, and Cesare at The Beach are within 1-2 miles from the unit. There is also plenty of shopping and a Publix grocery store within 1 mile of the unit.

As I mentioned I was born and raised on Belleair Beach. I have very much enjoyed having the opportunity to purchase and manage the four units! I love being able to interact and meet all of the families that stay with me, this is one of the greatest unexpected benefits!

What makes this condo unique

I believe the best part of staying in this condo, is the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, they cannot be beat!

I am very satisfied and impressed with the appearance of the condo after I completed the renovations. I love how quiet, tranquil, and relaxing the area is. If you would like to get away for the day and venture over to Clearwater Beach, it is only minutes away! I am very happy with the selection of this property and would not change it for any other unit!

I decided last-minute to take my son to the beach for a couple of nights. I contacted the host to ask if that would work (there is a minimum night stay). Joanna was very responsive and we left right away for our stay.



I've stayed in cabins and condos in west Florida once or twice yearly for 30 years. We've had favorites that changed hands and went downhill, or were razed to make room for the high rises that cover Clearwater beach now. This small stretch of beach is the only one left in pinellas County where you can stay ON the beach, without a 16 story condo blocking the morning light, and enjoy a pristine beach full of wildlife. The condo was so welcoming that my parents brought us for dinner and stayed for the first night. They are in their late 70s and were very comfortable in the pull-out sleeper sofa (I mean, those things are NEVER comfortable, but this one was simply unreal.)

We had an issue with construction noise late at night from a neighbor, which was quickly resolved. I contacted Joanna at least 3 times while we were there, and she responded right away with a resolution each time, and didn't even sound annoyed. :)



We loved this cozy place so much, we decided to stay for an extra two nights when my husband was home to enjoy it with us. Joanna even accommodated my strange request and held the place for us until we came back two nights later!



Bottom line: this is absolutely our new go-to beach getaway.
