Former apartment of 35 square meters completely renovated in 2013 benefiting from 2 large windows to the south without opposite overlooking a small garden and discovering a beautiful view of the old Lyon, Fourvière Cathedral and St John's Cathedral.

It is therefore extremely quiet and bright.

The building is secured by 1 door code and 1 grid code. The common areas are fully renovated with taste.

The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with refinement. Devoted solely to the rent, no one lives there.

A lot of attention has been paid to the development of space so that we will feel welcome immediately while not missing any essential conveniences or storage.

French ceiling, exposed stone floors and provide a natural charm to the place.

Ideal for a couple or a single person can accommodate up to 3 people as it is equipped with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed.

The bed is located next to a computer mezzanine area / TV for movie night ...

The bathroom with a stone floor and a walk-in shower is very nice and functional at the same time.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your lunches dinners or just to share a glass of wine or a glass of champagne on the bar.

The ceiling height, brightness and calm atmosphere will make this suitable for short or longer stays safe to feel too cramped.

Cozy apartment in good location

We stayed for a few nights in June 2016. The apartment was quite nice with all necessary amenities. The bed is located on a little loft requiring a ladder to climb - not a problem unless you have mobility issues. The location was good for us, located on a quiet street by Jardin des Plantes and walking distance to the Place des Terraux as well as Vieux Lyon.

Propriétaire accueillant et arrangeant. Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter l'essentiel en 3 jours. Propre, meublé et agencé avec goût. Pour ceux à qui la marChe à pied ne fait pas peur, pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture. RAVIS.

Modern eingerichtets Appertement in zentraler Lage

Das Appertement liegt in zentraler Lage von Lyon. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 10 -20 Minuten die Altstadt und den Bereich ums Rathaus erreichen um die Stadt zu erkunden und um auszugehen. In Croix Rousse selbst sind auch viele Kneipen, Kaffees und Restaurants vorhanden. Das Appertement ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Vom Vermieter gab es gute Tipps für Restaurants uns Bars. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und die Hausverwalterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit (Konversation nur auf französisch). Wir waren 4 Tage dort um Lyon anzuschauen und dafür zufrieden mit der Unterbringung.

Ein Grund dieses Appartement zu mieten war die in der Beschreibung angegebene Parkmöglichkeit. Die gab es leider nicht. Es war für uns nicht möglich einen freien Parkplatz im Umkreis von ca. 1 km der Wohnung zu finden. Insofen ist die Angabe eine Parkmöglichkeit sei vorhanden irreführend und für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nur obeflächlich gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank war nicht ausgewischt, die Küchengeräte, der Schrank und einige Ecken mehr oder weniger verstaubt.

Fazit:

Charmant petit appartement idéalement situé à Lyon

Appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût, disposant de tout le confort nécessaire, situé à quelques minutes de la Place des Terreaux et de l'Opéra ce qui permet de visiter Lyon à pied. Pas de difficultés de stationnement si vous venez en voiture. Le plus de l'appartement: une magnifique vue sur la Basilique de Fourvière. De plus, le quartier est hyper calme et n'a rien à envier à la campagne! Le propriétaire est hyper sympa et disponible; il vous donnera de bons conseils pour visiter Lyon et passer un agréable séjour!

Owner's Response: Je remercie Karen et son ami pour leur enthousiasme pour l'appartement et la simplicité de la communication avec eux.Leur séjour s'est déroulé en tout confiance du début à la fin.De plus ils ont laissé l'appartement dans l'état où ils l'avaient trouvé ce dont je les remercie également beaucoup.Mention spéciale à leur ravissante petite fille qui elle aussi a respecté les lieux malgré une activité de coloriage assidue ;-).Une petite famille peut être bientot lyonnaise à recevoir encore et encore sans aucune appréhension.

My apartment is 5 minutes walk from the banks of the Saône all newly furnished for pedestrians.

From this location you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the old LYON sitting on the ROUVILLE place and in a few minutes walk or bike to enjoy fine restaurants, bars or exquisite cocktails and the elegant and friendly atmosphere you will spend festive or romantic evenings.

You can visit all the important sites in Lyon feet, with first place in the OLD LYON (crossing the Saone by St. Paul Bridge), the role of soils with the opera, the city hall, the Saint Pierre museum ...

I will be happy to give you the best places LYON and advise you on the tour of the city.
