The house was originally built in 1905 which makes the house more than 110 years old but it has been completely updated top to bottom. She is still good looking for such an old girl!
There is a charm about the house being nestled among towering trees.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a professional gas stove, dishwasher, double door fridge, granite counter. The house also has central vac, central heating, central air conditioning, washer and dryer. The custom built Canadian harvest table is almost as old as the house and large enough for all your family and friends.
The house is appointed in quality vintage furniture that accents the house’s long Canadian history.
There are 3 bedrooms:
•“Old Canadiana” (main bed room – 2nd floor East side)
•“Not too Shabby” (2nd floor West side)
•“The Cottage” (main floor with 3 pcs ensuite)
There are three queen beds and one folding twin (set up upon request).
The main 3 piece washroom is on the main floor and there is an ensuite with a shower in the main floor bedroom
A large semi circle driveway provides ample parking with still room for your boat. The large front yard provides relaxation and the occasional friendly chats with passerby’s. There is also a secluded back patio for cozy private entertaining.

A short drive will take you to world famous Niagara Falls. Once there you can visit Marineland, Clifton Hill, Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, The Bird Kingdom, The Butterfly conservatory and boat cruises to get up close to the thundering Falls. Drive along the Niagara Parkway to the Falls or along Lake Erie offer some of the most spectacular drives in Ontario.
